Enterprise outlet in Clovis (near Fresno, CA) did a wonderful job of accomodating our desire for a vehicle rental at a time when other rental options were not appealing. The rep at the dealership (Jose) was super polite, quickly got us the SUV we wanted and then kindly instructed us on how we could drop off the vehicle and keys in the early moring hours of our scheduled departure date. Despite I reserved a car in May, Enteprise Informed me upon my arrival in California in August that they had no car available. Stated they knew this shortly after I made the reservation but they couldn’t call me as I had an outside US phone number. I asked why an email wasn’t sent and they had no response. They refused to try and contact another Enterprise or do anything to correct the problem. Very arrogant manager at the counter and I would never count on Or go to Enterprise again.Recensione del 15 ago 2021
