We asked and needed a full sized car and were given a mid sized car which had done 82,000Ks and had maintenance issues. We managed to swap it out at our next stop and could only be provided with the same type of car which had done 83,000ks and as we discovered later had a bald front tyre and some steering issue which made it very hard to stay in our lane and could not be driven over 95 ks/h. We were stuck with the thing for 16 days. The car was not "road worthy"..........NOT HAPPY.Recensione del 26 ago 2023

The original price quoted went up by 50% after it was returned. From $400 to over $600. Will not make this mistake again.Recensione del 12 ago 2023

No instructions were given to mark any scratches and when I brought the car back they said I am responsible for the scratches. When I asked them to show me proof that they weren’t there, the agent names Christine said they can not prove it. Very rude experience. Their strategy is to blame customer for their unprofessional behaviorsRecensione del 29 mag 2023

I liked the fact that service was quick. Don't like the fact that agents continue to try and sell you things you don't need and try make you feel like you need all of them!Recensione del 31 ott 2022

Budget closed at 1 am, when we had arranged to pick up the car. The agent helped us with getting a car as he was helping another customer at 1:20 am, and we had a reservation otherwise we wouldn’t have been able to pick it up. It was not clear of the closing hours when I booked the car. We are thankful and lucky.Recensione del 18 ott 2022

It seemed pretty expensive to pay over $270 for one day (Plus $100 worth of gas). The $203 that’s posted doesn’t include nearly $70 with taxes and fees. It took quite a while to try and figure out how to work the features in the car and there was no one there to helpRecensione del 29 set 2022
