We are being charged 500 dollars for road hazard damage to windshield of the rental car. We paid extra per day and was told it was an insurance that took care of the little things that could go wrong. I asked if that was like road hazards and he said yes. When we turned the car in we told them about the dings on the windshield and that they caused by a passing semi truck,,,,,,road hazard. We were told not to worry that it was road hazard and we wouldn’t be charged for it. Then we get charged!!!!Recensione del 26 lug 2023

The line at the counter was 3 hours long. I stayed for an hour and barely moved. Took an Uber instead. The next day went back and the line was 2 hours long. The counter had 2 people working and every customer was taking 10 minutes because of the upselling being done.
