Pick up and drop off was ExceptAirport! When I picked up the car, the gentleman at the desk walked outside to show me some option as the car I wanted wasn't available. He was super friendly, helpful and facst! It was raining when I dropped my car off and Escobar (I really hope that's his name) held an umbrella open for me! He was the BEST! We were initially given keys to a car that had just been returned. Alamo employee said the crew had not put the location it was in but will be in the two Alamo rows. Searched and finally found it in the rental car return lane. Car had not been checked in or cleaned. I returned to the counter and explained the situation and within minutes they had me keys to a comparable car and we were on our way.Recensione del 21 nov 2021
