When I arrived, they no longer had the car I had rented available, I was told you need to "upgrade" to one available for an additional $40 per day. NO OTHER OPTIONS!!! I went next both over to Avis, and rented from them (cost me $8 more for the entire weekend) and left 20 minutes later. The only other person in the Budget line, also rented from else where. Would highly not recomend the Budget in Norfolk. When I flew out and walked past there line was again empty.Recensione del 11 lug 2023

Reservation car wasn’t available and the charged me for the bigger car saying “reservations aren’t guarantees”. Then they put the wrong code in for my destination to return so it wasn’t at the airport but at a budget 5 minutes away which was a 300 dollar fee.. all and all my 96 dollar rental came to be 500 dollars. Avoid this company.Recensione del 20 feb 2023

The first car we had reeked of marijuana and we had to drive 30 miles round trip to swap it out for a car that had a slight smell of smoke with cigarette burns in the seat. I hope you are charging these people for smoking in the cars then you can clean them properly for the next customer.Recensione del 13 set 2022

Once we got through the wait at pick up everything went smoothly. But having to wait at pick up for nearly half an hour at the Avis desk since the budget desk was not open put a damper on the overall experience with Budget.Recensione del 14 ago 2022
