Third in line and over an hour and ten minutes to pick up the car. Returned the car and 3 days later received a text the car had not been returned. I brought the car back and hour early and handed the key to the Budget counter representative!Recensione del 19 ago 2023

You could put more people to help on the counter, when there was a long line waiting. Didn’t like how dirty was the car inside. The windows and mirrors on the outside were wet to the point that was hard to exit the lot .Recensione del 14 apr 2023

The previous rental just before Burbank in Phoenix was the worst we have had. Almost 3 hrs in line to pick up our reserved car. Burbank was great. The drop off point was not found in Santa Barbara, and when calling to ask if we could drop off the car at the Santa Barbara Airport the agent said we would be charged an extra $200. Check in was very very long and slow. 1 person doing 3 companies. He was very friendly tho and pleasant to talk to. On the return however there was an extremely rude and offensive gentleman. As I was looking for the return area he was extremely rude in telling me where the drop off was and even used profanity. - well how the hell else are you going to get over there…?
