Punti negativi: -cars have been moved a long distance away, -extremely long wait to get car because not enough attendants, especially with disruptive customers in front of me -first car given had the check engine light on and made noises every five minutes. This was immediate -- it had a check engine light ten minutes after we pulled away -confusing process to exchange the car that was not streamlined and took longer than it should have.

Punti negativi: I had a problem with my tire and took the car back to have it looked at. Instead of switching the car they filled the tire with air. A couple of days later the tire pressure gauge went off and the car was handling poorly. I had to pull off in a remote area. I called the roadside assistance and was on hold for half an hour. Finally the utter genius I was speaking to told me to drive to a location that was 70 miles away with a flat tire! In the end I had to call a service provider and pay! It was a terrible experience!

Punti negativi: Help understanding the toll bridges and mistakes in crossing them. There were dinks and large scratches on the car which no one checked and noted on my car. I had to find an attendant and have him logged them in. Otherwise, good experience.
