Punti positivi:After returning the vehicle that did not start, I was given a newer vehicle and upgraded. Staff was helpful once I got car back to airport.Punti negativi:Car I rented would not start. Had to jump it twice. Basically was told, if it was towed, it would be reviewed and I would likely be charged for tow. So it was basically my responsibility to get car back to airport for a swap. Dropped off vehicle several hours before checkout and they documented it several hours later which caused an additional $65 charge as if I extended the rental one more day.. I thankfully took photos since I had to argue with their support in order for them to reverse the charge..
