Punti positivi: they were flexible and helped me manage my changing requirements following a bereavement in the family. All staff were excellent, particularly our airport shuttle driver.
Punti negativi: An addition $100 charge for an airport drop off (Particularly when the location of the drop off wasn’t actually at the airport!) seemed a bit steep!

Punti negativi: 3.5 hour delay ruined our day in Vancouver and cost us extra moving from airport to downtown site. Then we had to wait for the car to be brought from the airport in the end anyway.

Punti negativi: This facility is by far not up to what I have come to expect from Enterprise. the parking lot is a mess, there is no room for the cars, the premises appears to be largely under construction. Upon returning ca the clerk tried to tell us that it only had 3/8 of a tank though we had just filled it up.
