Our only problem was that the car had only 2/3 tank of gas when we picked it up. We noticed this shortly after leaving the lot and returned immediately and they topped off the tank.Recensione del 20 gen 2023

To begin with the shuttle service never came! We waited at the airport for 27 minutes. A shuttle driver from a competitor company picked us up and dropped us at Thrifty. The attendants were very unprofessional. The car was not clean. The windows were very dirty. Glad I only had the car for 20 hours! I’m going back to Hertz.Recensione del 14 dic 2022

This is not at an airport location. It is a Hertz office at a hotel about twenty minutes away. They have a limited number of cars and less likely to have what was requested. If using this office call ahead to ensure you know the exact model you will receive. Very long wait line for pick up. Tried to scare you into buying more insurance. Only 5 people allowed inside and everyone else has to stand outside. Yet they charged me $50 "Customer Facility Utilization" fee.. Would not recommend if other companies have comparable prices.Recensione del 14 gen 2022

The employees were helpful. The car was as expected. The problem was that the rental space was about 20 miles from the airport. It should have been noted in BOLD that we had to travel by cab to get our car.Recensione del 27 nov 2021

Easy to take the shuttle, no lines, fast service. We did have another renter drive up next to us when we were returning the car that came way to close to fast as we were opening the car door and startled my passenger. Maybe a cone out would have prevented this from happening as it could have been a dangerous situation. Not your fault as it was not your employee but to prevent it in the future is good all around.Recensione del 17 set 2021
