Pick up location was the only one available at Terminal Billy Bishop though I would have liked it to be in the city. "Change Engine Oil" sign was lit at pick up. Rates could have been better. Overall the car was clean, performing and comfortable. Up to my expectations. The drop off experience was excellent and very convenient.Recensione del 28 ago 2023

Vancouver Island car rentals were 3 times higher than mainland British Columbia! So that just about ruined the whole trip! They limit you to 100 Km day! After that it’s $1.00/km!!! Ridiculous!!Recensione del 28 ago 2023

Rental agreement had to be redone onto paper forms as the national online system was down. As a result, car pickup was delayed. At drop-off I was informed that the credit card charge didn't go thru, so again a delay while the staff double checked the numbers. Looks like they wrote down a wrong digit or two. They were unable to confirm that their error was solved, so left to catch flight. I confirmed the credit card was fine, no issues, so the error was entirely with National.Recensione del 21 ago 2023
