They treat you like you have done this a million times. This was my first time renting a car. They didn’t bother to tell me when I reserved my car that I would have to put and extra $500 on it. I could have been prepared. I was dropped off and had no one there to help me if I didn’t have the money to move around. I asked for the smallest cheapest car. I got a NINE passenger boat! Will definitely check out other places if I need to rent a car again. 😞Recensione del 3 ago 2023

Check in/out was a breeze, especially when returning the car after hours, it took less than a minute.Recensione del 4 set 2022

I reserved a Fiat or similar. A Hyundai is not similar which is all they had. The woman at the counter was not pleasant. I returned the first car before I even left the parking lot because the smell of smoke was so bad. The second car also smelled of smoke and I found out the next morning when someone was about to back into me that the horn didn't work either.Recensione del 10 apr 2022

Was overcharged with fees. Fuel tank was almost empty when I got it but was told it was full. Filled it up a little higher when I returned it. Told them about it and still got charged extra for fuel!!Recensione del 12 feb 2022

The car I was given was 15k+ miles and a check engine light came on and the car wouldn’t work. The replacement car had a check oil light on the entire time.Recensione del 3 feb 2022

Hertz rental agent was not wearing a mask even though he works inside the airport! Car rental process was quick, but I would not recommend them since they don’t follow masking requirements.Recensione del 30 dic 2021

Inside of car was very dirty, someone else's garbage was under the seat, and several white dusty flakes were everywhere, the car was very dusty. Wind shield wipers were old and not doing a great job when needing them.Recensione del 25 ott 2021
