This Colerain Ave. location had the most polite and cheerful staff I have ever come across at a rental agency. I would go back there just to say hi to them! Plus, I was in and out of there in about 4 minutes, not kidding.Recensione del 1 dic 2021

Punti negativi:They cancelled our reservation the day before pick-up, saying they did not have a car available. It was too late to get a car from another company without paying more than twice as much. If they didn't have cars available, they shouldn't have taken the reservation to begin with. Punti positivi:The staff was very friendlyPunti negativi:The gas tank only had a quarter of a tank. So not only did I have to spend more than $1200 to rent a minivan, I had to fill the tank up before getting on the road. Plus the van reeked of cigarette smoke. I turned the van in a day early but because the pick up was closed, I was still charged for the extra day. With the technology available, Enterprise should invest in an automatic check-in/check-out system for times staff is not available.Recensione del 15 giu 2021
