I've had an amazing experience with the vehicle, but I was mislead about the total cost of the vehicle. My confirmation says under $300 for the first week, then when I picked up the vehicle the contract cost was over $400. More the I budgeted for.Recensione del 29 giu 2023

No surprises, love that! Only complaint was the car was dirty on the outside, they couldn’t wash it because it was too cold. I could have requested a $15 credit, but I had to go back into the office and request it at the counter. Why make me jump through hoops? Budget provided an old Jeep with nearly 200K miles on it that didn’t drive well, and was not clean - it and still had someone else’s trash in it. Not impressed. The pick up took nearly an hour in queue however the agent was friendly.Recensione del 31 ott 2022

We reserved a minivan. We checked in, signed off on paperwork, etc. The man went to grab the car and pulled around in an suv. Never did he say they didn’t have the minivan we reserved. When I asked at that moment, he said it was Fall Break and that was all they had. Long line at pickup, pleasant agent. Car had not been cleaned. Car shakes at 60 MPH and above so obvious problem with wheel balance and/or alignment. A/C worked but not real well. Return was very efficient.Recensione del 15 ago 2022

Budget had a car for me when I arrived to pick it up, and I was nervous that they wouldn't given the issues that many rental car companies are having these days. However, it wasn't the car type that I had opted for. Also - I had requested a 12:00pm pick-up of the car on a Sunday. What I didn't know is that the Budget office that I rented from closes at 12:00 on Sundays. There should have been a warning to me that the office would be closed if I arrived when I said I was going to arrive.Recensione del 28 giu 2022
