Punti negativi: I told them verbally that I deny all insurance coverages and when I signed it was there. I didn’t notice it till I got to my destination and reviewed the paperwork. I feel this was done purposely. They wouldn’t take these charges off. Be very careful what you are signing.

Punti positivi: Drop off at Indy is always quick and easy.
Punti negativi: More staff at the rental counter. I was the only person in line behind the people being served at the counter and it still took almost 15 minutes to get seen.

Punti positivi: Closeness of the car to the terminal. Agent was able to look up my speedy pass account and gave us an additional discount based on that.
Punti negativi: Needed an oil change prior to being rented. Trunk space on the Ford Fusion was limited.

They didn't have any cars
Punti negativi: When I arrived at the counter, they told me they overbooked and didn't have a car for me. No other options. Just said sorry, we don't have a car.

Ciggarette Smoke
Punti positivi: Good value for the car and easy drop off
Punti negativi: The car smelt of cigarette smoke and lingered on my clothing after being in the car. There were stains all over the seats in the front and back and trash in between the seat and middle console.
