They didn’t walk the car just handed me the keys. When I arrived at my destination they stated I should have demanded them to walk the car because there’s damage on the side door that had been obviously touched up. Punti positivi:Bad service most unreliable in honoring reservations. On the evening of 5/22/2021 at approximately 1 pm , I was informed, the vehicle would not be available for pick up on 5/22/2021 @ 8 pm , instead I could pick it up on the following day @ 7 am. My reservation was for a pick up truck, they were offering me a mid sized SUV which would not serve my purpose.
