Punti negativi: Price change ,charged me over 300$ saying that was for insurance , this information wasn’t on the website when I booked . the price the insurance that we must to do. Customer Service in Goiania need more training , I had my driver license frimUSA , my credit card but they denied give me my car because I wasn’t with my passport when I picked up the car . I had to do to 2 trips to airport . This information about you have to have the passport wasn’t on the website as well.
