Location Elevator use was impossible, walked down stairs from 15th floor with luggage.
Great breakfast, lovely bathroom, comfortable beds. Very slow elevators. Unfortunately we were leaving the same time a large group from a convention was checking out and the 3 elevators could not keep up with the demand.
I was very surprised that not only did I get free breakfast with my stay but also free dinner (buffet) and 3 free happy-hour drinks each day! The staff was friendly (sometimes almost over-friendly), and the location was perfect. Highly recommend. Room smelled like chlorine when I came in, and the water tasted heavily chlorinated. The room was a bit poorly lit, and the windowsill outside the room was consistently overrun with pigeons. Glasses as opposed to plastic cups would be preferred (for the environment), and a safe to lock up valuables would have been nice. (I prefer not to have to take my passport with me everywhere.)
Enjoyed the kickback and proximity to riverwalk. they charged my card $482 dollars for parking when it was only supposed to be $46. Took them a week to refund the money and then they still charged me for the parking!! What a joke! Where is the coustomer service?

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. Train noise in the early morning hours outside the hotel and noisy visitors next door and down the hall.
I didn't like that when checking in they ask for my credit card again after I had already paid $857 online. Not knowing that valet was not included they kept trying to swipe different amounts to charge and blocked my card for suspicious faudulent charges. Terrible communication cuz they could've asked me what card I wanted to use, nothing. Also valet customer service was horrible while my sister was arriving in her vehicle with my nephews she asked for help carrying her luggage off and was ignored by valet. He could've called someone for help, but definitely not worth the money, never again
Everything, but the outdoor smoking areas were in direct sun or behind pool area that had no air.
Location is adjacent to convention center, staff is very professional and strives to make you feel welcome. Rooms are clean and everything worked. Rooms are dated with sound transmitting walls. Amenities are business travel grade without the higher end amenities expected for the price.
From the complimentary brunch at Ruth Chris, to the friendliness of the staff, i am impressed everytime i come here.
The service from the hotel was very much as I would of expected. As soon as in pulled I to valet, the valets were very kind to not only greet and open the door, they immediately unloaded the car and took me inside to check in. With warm greeting from the staff, I was very impressed with how clean the entire hotel was in addition to the room. Great service and defiantly will be back One if the employees seemed to have a little bit of attitide considering that all I asked for was to have shaving cream sent to my room. Other than that, everything else was fine.

Location was right no the river. Beautiful Lobby Rooms were very comfortable, awesome view of the tower. Valet Parking was $37 + Tax = $40.00!
I loved the location. Steps from the river and the mall. My room had way too much wear and tear. The head board was all scratched up. The tub has cracked and rusted and was clogged up the water would not drain when i took a shower. The door handle was at 5 o clock instead of 3. The room did not feel like a Grand Hyatt room. It felt like i was at a cheap hotel. I suggested to the manager that that room should not be occupied untill it get fixed.

La buona notizia è che l'hotel è proprio sul fiume a piedi, così ci si trova proprio nel cuore dell'azione. Se sei alla ricerca di azione, questo è il posto ideale per soggiornare. La cattiva notizia è che l'hotel si trova direttamente sulla Passeggiata sul Fiume e quindi ci si trova proprio nel cuore dell'azione. Un sacco di rumore proveniente da le barche e persone in giro sul fiume, quindi, se siete alla ricerca di - tranquilla, questo non è il posto giusto.

L'ubicazione è tutto. L'Omni La Mansion è in una posizione perfetta sulla Riverwalk senza la folla degli hotel per convegni. Il servizio è di prim'ordine e il cibo era favoloso.
Mi hanno dato un upgrade in un'altra camera ed è stato stupendo

Ho ordinato la colazione fuori dal menu del ristorante. Era costosa e la dimensione della porzione era piccola. 1 Taco per la colazione con il contorno è costato 16 dollari!

Mi è piaciuto molto il servizio e il personale cordiale. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa lontano da casa. La polvere sulla macchina per il caffè. Io sono un grande bevitore di caffè. E polvere su mobili e specchi, sul pavimento, in bagno. Il bollitore per il caffè deve essere pulito ogni giorno.

Ernie's bar proprio in hotel - ottima happy hour, molto rilassato il bar. buona la colazione in hotel ogni mattina, il personale molto cordiale, le camere belle e pulite.
La posizione era fantastica. Il personale era cordiale. Prezzi modici considerando la sua posizione (cuore del centro cittadino). La doccia era il backup.
La posizione centralissima (di fronte ai giardini di Fort Alamo e a 5min a piedi dal Riverwalk), la camera molto spaziosa, la colazione (buona la scelta e anche la qualità dei prodotti serviti). Il personale in quanto a cortesia decisamente di scarso livello. Da una struttura del genere ci si aspetta sicuramente qualcosa in più.

Ho pensato che il posto era pulito e confortevole. Il personale che abbiamo incontrato erano tutti simpatici. Abbiamo visitato durante un rinnovo e il check-in è stato un po' strano. Inoltre ho trovato che il servizio navetta era un po' debole. Ci sono così tanti posti per viaggi a San Antonio che piazza del mercato sembra una irrilevanti spot di viaggio troppo è che è a soli 2 isolati di distanza.
Il personale era molto cordiale e la camera era molto bella. Il bagno non era pulito bene quando siamo arrivati. Il supplemento per la colazione, ma il cibo era sempre ottimo.
Vicino al centro La connessione Internet era terribile. Muffa provenienti dalla nostra AC. Nessuna macchina del ghiaccio al nostro piano. I tappeti erano sporchi. Letto non era molto comodo.
The hotel has a great location on the riverwalk in a quieter area next to the mall. The room we had (handicap) was very large, and the bed was comfortable. The lobby was nice, there was a starbucks in the lobby, and the food at the bar and restaurant were good. This was one of the biggest hotel disappointment I've had in the past. year. I traveled over 200 days in the past year and stayed at quite a few different hotels, so I don't say this lightly. When we first walked into the room (905 handicapped) the bathroom stood out as an eyesore. It was at least 5-10 years past when it should have been renovated. The grout was multiple different colors that made it look like it could be moldy, the wallpaper was peeling from the walls, and there was a general lack of craftmanship in the way it was constructed. The final straw was when I went to take a shower, and the shower head connection was leaking and spraying water in all directions. It wasn't just a loose connection, because I was unable to stop the leak. This is something a guest should never have to deal with at a chain like the Marriott. I asked the front desk to be transferred, but because it was a busy time the only available room was the room below us (805). This bathroom was in slightly better condition, although there were a few cracked and chipped tiles. Although the shower head worked, it was a very low end and cheap looking model. The bigger problem was when my wife tried to take a shower the first night, she was unable to maintain a constant water temperature. It would alternate between cold and very hot. She showed me how red her feet were, and I can only imagine what sort of a problem this could pose to an elderly or handicapped person. The other problem was the terrible tv reception while we were trying to watch the sugar bowl in our room. It would constantly blur or pause, making it nearly impossible to watch the game. Fortunately or unfortunately, the reception on the large tv's at the bar was fine. In summary, this is not the type of property I would expect for a Marriott. For the time around the new year the value wasn't bad (just under 200) however I would have preferred to spend 50% more on a room that looked like it had been renovated in the past 10-20 years. In the past year the only time I have experienced bathrooms in this sort of condition were in $50 rooms in towns with less than 5000 people. Buyer beware.
Mi è piaciuta la cordialità del personale, l'attenzione del personale sempre pronto ad aiutare. Hilda la governante teneva la pulizia della camera molto bene e ordinato. Sono felice con la mia esperienza. E' stata una magnifica posizione proprio sul lungofiume.

Abbiamo apprezzato molto la posizione dell'hotel, era veramente conveniente in tal senso, si trova a poca distanza a piedi da molte attrazioni e ristoranti. Il personale era davvero cordiale. Quasi tutto è stato perfetto, ma sarebbe stato bello avere un piccolo frigorifero in camera per memorizzare il nostro cibo e bevande. Inoltre uno dei nostri letti era perfettamente e che ha reso difficile dormire su letti così migliori sarebbe stato bello.

location, comfort and cleanliness. room we stayed in had issues with room door. every 10 min or so made a horrible noise kept waking us up. room service supposedly serves breakfast till 10:30pm but when we ordered room service at 9:30pm they said they were out of breakfast food???? probably will not stay again I expected more from a top of the line hotel

The beds were very comfortable. Clean and modern. the bathroom toiletries great quality. Close to the airport but no airplane noise. Great price. No continental breakfast.
We booked room great location to North Star mall. We went to concert at Alamo dome actually lot closer to venue . Great stay except when we arrived they'd didn't have any more king size beds . They offered to give money back. Told them did not have time to look fr another hotel. They gave us complimentary. Greatest burnt tickets and we received double bed queen. Other than that was angriest stay .
I only paid $70 for two nights which felt like a steal. The pool is great and its a very nice hotel by appearance. You do have to pay for the breakfast but with all the great areas to eat nearby you dont need to worry about that. Very close to a mall and whataburger and in n out are short drives if you want a late burger. One of the elevators did not work properly. But many elevators can be used. I also felt like the pool closed a little early considering at night it had beautiful lights that iluminated the pool. Could have been very romantic- but since it closed so early it felt somewhat pointless.
Room was comfortable and clean. Staff responded quickly to issues, particularly the technician in charge of room TVs.. 4 PM check in time.
The lobby When I got to the hotel they didn't have my reservation. Everyroom was booked and every hotel was booked. I had to drive back home to Houston 3 hours away. They kept my money for 8 days. I used kayak to make my reservation not the hotel.
The hotel was under construction. The current rooms are very nice, but judging by the renderings in the lobby, the renovated hotel will be even nicer. Angel at the front desk has fantastic customer service skills. When I explained to him that I needed to check out early due to the very loud construction interrupting my sleep, he was very understanding. He sent a note to Kayak to authorize a full refund. He also gave me a coupon for 50% off my next stay after the renovations are complete. I checked in late in the evening, and I was very tired. When I checked in, I noticed that the hotel was under construction but I wasn't concerned. I woke up early to very loud drilling. When it didn't end, I called the front desk to request a room in another part of the hotel because I was going to be there two more nights. The woman on the phone was rude and said, "No, there are no quiet rooms. There's construction throughout the hotel." So I asked for an early checkout and a refund for the upcoming two nights. She said, "You booked through a third party so we can't help you." So I called Kayak. The Kayak phone rep was very pleasant, but placed me on hold several times while she tried to contact the Hilton front desk with no luck. She handed my case over to the billing department and said the billing dept would have to call me back. I got dressed and went to the front desk, where I spoke to a very professional, nice man at the customer service desk named Angel. He promptly sent a note to Kayak to authorize a full refund for my stay. Unfortunately I didn't catch the name of the rude woman at the front desk who I had spoken to earlier that morning. But, Angel made me want to maybe give that Hilton another try after the renovation is complete.
Beds were very comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Clean rooms. Didn't have the room that we booked (same day) available, even tho it was listed online. Bathroom was a bit small.
Gym Room had a very noisy air conditioner. Room key failed multiple times requiring trip to lobby. Walls were thin and could hear other guests all night. Something wrong with soap as it fell apart. Overall, not the high quality Hilton experience I am used to.

La colazione a buffet era un eccezionale valore. Opzioni di ottimi cibi freschi e davvero frutta fresca! La prima camera aveva un odore di disinfettante forte. Essi facilmente e immediatamente cambiato la mia camera.
I loved everything but most of all the valet Chris who took such good care of two old women...his mother would be so proud of him. Please if you can tell him Mrs. Whitehead and Mrs. Nall so appreciate all he did for us.
The beds were very comfortable, and the view was great Air conditioner dripped a puddle onto the floor, and 25 bucks a day to park my own car... just to have trees drop berries all over it that stank so bad... then birds eat them and poop all over the car too. I got to drive away angry after a relaxing weekend.

The hotel has abundant free parking. The lobby and pool areas are beautiful. Our room was very pleasant and comfortable. The bedding and towels were high quality, and the bed comfortable. The employees I had contact with were nice. I didn't eat in the restaurant but it looked lovely. There is a well stocked convenience store in the lobby. Not having complimentary Wifi is the only con I can think of.
The only issue we had was parking. There were events going on Friday and Saturday night which made it hard to find parking. We searched the lot for almost and hour looking for parking and there wasn't any. I think that they should give a heads up to all guest so that if they decide to leave they can plan to be back later or sooner. We had spent an entire day at six flags and want to come back to relax but couldn't because there was literally no parking.
The beds were comfortable. The kids had their own TV. I booked a room w/ 2 queens, but upon arrival was given a room with a king and queen sleeper sofa. The small refrigerator was locked. I guess they didn't want us to steal bottled water and a candy bar? Even though they had my credit card. I called the front desk to request a blanket and ask about wifi. She said she would send me an email to get complimentary wifi and have a blanket sent up. The email never came and I went downstairs to request the blanket again. From what I heard, we got the last blanket. For the most part I felt like I was being treated like a second class citizen. We won't be going back.

Location, parking was easy, very comfortable That my room was not clean..under bathroom sink was a coffee stir stick that had been there and a q tip on the floor and crumbs in front of tv.
