The outside space for the restaurant and bar were both really nice, along with access to the beach, the hotel was extremely clean and all staff were very polite. Will definitely be back.

Musica dal vivo la sera per intrattenere gli ospiti.

Punti positivi: Bella struttura, ottime colazioni e cene a buffet, camera comoda e silenziosa, bagno turco approntato su richiesta e molto gradito.
Punti negativi: Sala ingresso/reception molto fredda (di temperatura), animazione inesistente a gennaio (capisco la bassissima stagione, ma magari un intrattenimento anche minimo sarebbe stato apprezzato).

Il giorno di San Valentino abbiamo ricevuto una scatola di cioccolatini e una bottiglia da parte dell'hotel. Davvero un gesto molto gradito! Una sera abbiamo deciso di cenare in hotel, menu completo a ottimo prezzo, tutto buono. Grazie

Punti positivi: Breakfast was fantastic. One morning we went out earlier than the breakfast time and the hotel authority gave us pac lunch boxes which we were really impressed. Everyone was extremely well behaved and helpful.
Punti negativi: It was clean. Everyday the room service was great. But the dinner & lunch options in the dinner was less. That’s why we went out to eat. Shops around the area was good too.

Servizio babysitter manca nonostante sia descritto come servizio a pagamento.

Punti negativi: Unfortunately I had group of 17 Rooms & I was in the lubby 1pm but they give us the rooms @ 4pm. I never heard any hotel give the rooms to guest @ 4pm, so I don't recommend people to stay in this hotel due to late Check-in.

Punti positivi: The hotel was close to the beach within walking distance. Staff were accommodating - they provided us with hot water for us to make our own tea in our room. Disappointed in that complimentary tea/ coffee/ biscuits and a kettle to make a brew were not provided. When we asked reception staff they said you do not provide this anymore because of your experience with previous visitors. Not happy with the answer given.

The lounge section can be made more family-friendly Internet could have been made available from our room, instead we had to come down to the reception area - hopefully we'll see access to internet from our bedroom when we visit soon this year.

Punti positivi: The room was lovely, clan, kettle and tea cups, sofa and tv. The breakfast and dinner was splendid - they catered for everyone. We didn't use the pool but it looked great and the gardens were beautiful.

One room didn’t have any functional appliances; the tv wouldn’t turn off, the telephone didn’t work, only one sockets in a room for two, fridge didn’t keep anything cold.

Punti positivi: You can walk to the beach in just 500m. The whole facilities are quite good, clean and welcoming. The amazing swimming pool is very large and has sun the whole day. The bedroom size is very good, and the room service makes sure to clean the room every single day. I loved the shower it's quite big and has a glass sliding door that completely closes it.
Punti negativi: The breakfast was a little poor in offer, and was served by an employee so you cannot get close to the food and pick yourself what you want, but these are of course restrictions related to covid.

Punti positivi: We had a great welcome from the gentleman who collected us from the airport, this was all organised for us by Miguel. Our check in was very smooth, professional and informative, the room was alot bigger than expected, especially the balcony. This was a huge bonus for my new husband and I as we sat out and enjoyed the sun with a lovely view of the area. Overall a fantastic stay, very clean. We will definitely return!

Punti positivi: Non mi è piaciuto nulla. Ho pagato 125€ a notte con una colazione triste e scarsa. Il prezzo giusto non avrebbe dovuto eccedere i 60€/notte. Lo sconsiglio vivamente. Da evitare.

Abbiamo soggiornato per tre notti le camere le rifacevano in modo grossolano e non hanno mai pulito il bagno e non hanno mai cambiato gli asciugamani ...Su tre mattine che siamo stati lì solo in una abbiamo trovato le brioches a colazione Comunque la struttura è davvero bella ed essendo stati in bassa stagione credo che sia anche accettabile questo tipo di servizio

Punti positivi: Le camere erano spaziose il bagno pulito anche se la vasca era molto scivolosa e quindi pericolosa ( un tappetino sarebbe bastato ). Le.bustine dei gel doccia non si potevano aprire se non con una forbice. Asciugamani cambiati con molta parsimonia.

Non salutano mai gli ospiti, le colazioni sono preparate in ritardo, la professionalità era scadente. If you are driving, there's free parking inside the hotel gates and also in the square in front of the hotel. Even though the hotel seemed to be full, mosts guests seem to fly in so there were plenty of free places.

Il bagno piccolo, stretto, sporco, con appena due bustine di sapone per la doccia. Non hanno fatto il cambio delle asciugamani. La camera piccola, con una finestra piccola e nascosta da un piccolo armadio. Non vi era il frigorifero. Devo però dire che il portiere di notte è stato molto gentile nel procurarmi qualcosa da mangiare e acqua per assumere la medicina alle quattro di notte per un mio problema. Non vi era il bidet.

Punti positivi: From the pictures of the property it looked a little old and tired but they must’ve had a refurb, we had three apartments and each one had really clean toilets(looked new), I always check for bed bugs and the mattresses and sheets were very clean. It was very spacious and the pool was well maintained considering we went off season. We arrived after reception closed but they were very accommodating in terms of getting the keys and checking in the next day. Location was very close to the beach, so lots of food places around. The area was very quiet which my family appreciates, fish market, fruit market and super market were all in walking distant too. Receptionist was very friendly. Kitchen came equipped. Tv was a nice size and flat screen unlike the pictures showing and also has good channels to watch that were English speaking too.
Punti negativi: Being really picky now, personally I like white sheets on the beds, two apartments had all white sheets, the last one had white sheets underneath but a old looking topper which did make the whole room look a bit older. Also the pillows were of all different textures, some really hard/soft, some flat, some were lumpy. It would’ve been nice to have toiletries like body shower gel. Also the kitchen came fully equipped but no washing up liquid, we were only there for a few days and didn’t really want to buy a bottle of washing up liquid for the dishes but had to.

There was a bit of noise after midnight but overall the night was quiet and I slept very comfortably. Location was good: not a touristic spot but only 5 min walk from the beach ! Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I really like the bistro (Morae) across the road.

Punti positivi: Great stay. We were friendly welcomed by Bella who also helped us to book a boat tour. The room is perfect to rest and has a small balcony as well. If you miss anything like a hair dryer, ask for it, you can borrow it. The breakfast is described as a continental breakfast. But it also comes with rolls and a smell selection us cheese and ham, there is cereals as well and we loved to fresh cut fruits and selfmade orange juice. One of the best things was the pool area. Very tidy and obviously pretty neat. It was open at any time. As someone who works in a hotel myself this is a price-value 10/10 accommodation.

Nella zona potrete praticare numerose attività all'aperto, tra cui la pesca, le escursioni e il ciclismo. Il personale del banco escursioni sarà lieto di organizzare per voi gite e il noleggio auto e biciclette. Avrete modo di trascorrere piacevoli momenti di relax sulla terrazza solarium a bordo piscina. Provvisto di un parcheggio privato disponibile su richiesta, il Carteia Apartments dista soli 30 minuti di auto dall'Aeroporto Internazionale di Faro e meno di 4 km da Vilamoura e dal campo da golf Oceânico Pinhal.

The apartment was kept clean,but that did not make up for the front door looking as if it had been attacked with a battering ram, the door jam on one bedroom door was broken which precluded the closing of the door and silvering on the bathroom mirror had deteriorated. These complaints did not stop us enjoying our holiday, but they certainly did not help it.

L'appartamento spartano e funzionale con la cucina abitabile la stanza da letto ed un balcone con tavolino per la colazione, un bagno cieco con vasca/doccia lavandino bidet e water con rubinetti,solo il lavandino ha il miscelatore.Il condominio fronte mare ha una bella piscina.Ottimo e a prezzi ragionevoli il servizio transfert per l'aeroporto.

Punti positivi: We had a wonderful stay at The Eva Senses Hotel. We could not fault anything with the hotel and staff. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Wonderful selection for breakfast. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel. Beautiful location you can walk around the town and lovely cafes to have a coffee . We will be back .

Punti positivi: The location is good as it's right on the marina, breakfast was excellent and the staff in the morning were very friendly but left you alone to find things out for yourself. The room was very clean and comfortable. day time reception staff again were friendly and helpful.
Punti negativi: The staff on reception when we first arrived were not very friendly and didn't seem bothered about our questions. she told us about two local attractions one of which was an underground supermarket (I didn't go to Portugal to watch people shop!!) and the old town. they were renovating the reception which we knew about before we arrived so expected some disruption. it was supposed to finish each night at 7pm but when I phoned at 20:20 to ask when the drilling was going to stop I got fobbed off with no return call which they said they were going to do. we were only there for 3 nights, 2 of which were spoilt by late night building work.

Work ongoing to improve the reception was being well managed and will help maintain the quality of the premises. Car parking is limited to the hotel but paid parking very close. The car parking attendants are very active so do be careful where you park!

Deliziati nel lusso a cinque stelle dell'hotel Tivoli Marina Vilamoura. Questo elegante resort si affaccia su un lungomare costellato di yacht da un lato e sulla spiaggia dorata dall'altro. In ottima posizione per usufruire dei migliori negozi, bar e ristoranti, così come dei meravigliosi campi da golf dell'Algarve e per visitare le rovine romane di Cerro da Vila. Le 383 camere moderne dell'hotel sono dotate di balcone, per svegliarti ogni mattina ammirando le splendide viste sul porto turistico o sul mare. Decorate nelle eleganti tonalità del marrone, blu e verde, le camere sono dotate di macchine Nespresso, connessione Wi-Fi gratuita, TV a schermo piatto e comode sedie. Al mattino viene servita una colazione continentale a buffet, con dolci, salumi, formaggi e uova preparate su ordinazione. Spiaggia sull'oceano con stabilimento privato, ma a pagamento e molto costoso. Piscina ampia e riscaldata, colazione ottima, palestra molto valida, SPA di livello. Tutta la marina di Vilamoura è molto bella, ma prezzi + alti rispetto alla media dell'Algarve

Punti positivi: Posizione Hotel eccezionale, fronte mare con spiaggia privata, piscina all'aperto, giardino e spazi comuni molto curati . Le camere se non sono fronte mare sono fronte porto con vista molto bella. La colazione è SUPER, frutta fresca di tutti i tipi, diversi ottimi dolci tra cui muffin e pastel de nata. Diversi tipi di piatti salati oltre ad un cuoco pronto a cucinare l'omelette secondo le tue preferenze. Tutto lo staff dell'hotel è sempre coertese e pronto a soddisfare le esigenze del cliente, mettendo anche a disposizione un ampio parcheggio auto. Noi sicuramente ci ritorneremo!

Colazione più che buona, con varietà di prodotti (anche per intolleranti al lattosio e celiaci). Staff disponibile. SPA completa e con ottimi professionisti (non economica, però).
Punti negativi: Avevo chiesto un letto matrimoniale ma all'arrivo c'erano due letti singoli affiancati (poi "trasformati" in un letto unico, tutto il processo dal contatto alla reception è durato circa 40 minuti). Ho anche chiesto la possiblità di avere una stanza vista mare ed invece di essere contattato per avere la risposta son dovuto tornare io alla reception.

Punti negativi: Porta della stanza rotta; furto di un paio di ray-ban in camera il primo giorno. Non erano nella safe box e dopo la denuncia la sicurezza è venuta anche in camera a scattare le foto. Il tutto non ha avuto alcun seguito né tanto meno delle scuse formali per l'accaduto. Il bidet perdeva acqua ed il minfrigo era praticamente inutile come raffreddamento.

Punti positivi: Ottima struttura ricettiva, moderna e curata in tutti i dettagli. Bellissima la terrazza sul tetto con spettacolare vista panoramica e buona colazione. Personale cordiale ed efficiente. Camera di dimensioni ridotte, ma dotata di ogni confort. Stupenda la pressione della doccia. Ho molto apprezzato i servizi spa e palestra inclusi nel prezzo.
Punti negativi: Il solo appunto che farei riguarda l'eccessiva profumazione degli ambienti, un incubo per gli osmofobici! Avverto il personale che è stato mio marito a togliere la spina al diffusore elettrico nel corridoio del 3° piano :-)

Punti negativi: Rooms were dirty! Walls looked liked they hadn't been wiped down in a long time. The carpets on the sides of the bed looked as if they hadn't been washed in years. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel, it's a mediocre 3 at best.

Punti negativi: The only irritation was that anytime you switched on the electricity with the card when returning to the room the TV came on. I do not know why hotels seem to think that people want this intrusion. I don;t want it. Also the piped music throughout the hotel was annoying. People do NOT need to listen to noise when on holiday. Also prior to my visit I emailed the hotel twice but did not receive a reply. However these irritations were small and the experience of staying there far outweighed any minor irritations.
