Camere Fantastiche!
Bed was super comfortable. Location was excellent.
The location was great and the staff very helpful and courteous. Within walking distance of the cruise port. The decor and room arrangement was very attractive.
No coffee service in the morning, and the 3rd floor navigation to our room was confusing at first. Very choppy but I understand they brought together several old buildings.
Location
Noise level, room layout, booked 2 identical rooms, when we arrived one was considerably larger, bigger bed etc. it wa not clear that parking was extra.
It was within walking distance of the upper and lower cities. The bed was comfortable. The kids loved the free wifi.
The hotel is at the corner of St. Pierre & Dalhousie - very noisy corner. We had a room on the back of the first floor - overlooking the PetroCanada station. It was very noisy with traffic and gas station noise. The second night, we were moved to the front (picturesque side) at our request, only to be disturbed by very loud music from the restaurant and bar immediately below. This was NOT a "Suite de Luxe Plus." It was not worth nearly $250.00/night. If you must stay here instead of somewhere in the upper town, then be sure to request a room on one of the upper floors. The first floor is awful.
The design of the room was lovely, good decor, accessibility to restaurants in the hotel. In the lower part of Old Quebec City, so we could wander through both the lower part (which has tons of shops) and take a 10 minute walk to get up into the shopping district of the Old city.
The hotel room was very dark, we almost needed a flaslight to see into the fridge. We didn't see any cleaning staff for our entire 3 day stay. To do the dishes it would have been nice to have a dish drying rack, and there were some supplies in the kitchen missing that we had to call for, but service was prompt. We didn't get any advice from the staff about what to do during our stay, so we had to ask staff of restaurants we went to etc.
Suite decor and location.
Jackhammer construction noise from 8-5:30 everyday.
The hotel was very central easy walking to shops and transport, very spacious, friendly helpful staff.
No
The staff were very friendly and helpful. They tried their best to meet our needs.
Lots of natural light. Spacious. Good view from windows.
Late night lounge music from restaraunt below. Mattresses should be checked for wear and replaced.
