Weren't accommodating on keeping rooms together and letting us know in advance they did not have connecting rooms.

The AC is not working
We booked three rooms and we went for 8 days. I used to stay there every summer for the last 5 years. This year was a nightmare we could not sleep the rooms were all so hot because the change the AC sistem change with sensors that swift of and most of the night you wull be in an oven. talk to the manager and only received a wrong explanation.
Need to really reoair the climate of the rooms. Food and concierge are good. But they save money turning off tge AC and you will mot bevable to sleep. Used to be the best hitel in Ibiza but no longer.
