good reception and sympathic, capable and motivated personel. Rooms impacable clean, good bed and pillow. The best nightrest I had in a long time. Calm environnement which makes it a wonderfull place to come to rest.
Not many restaurants and cafés were open at the moment of my one day stay.

The staff was exceptional and had arranged a tour for us as part of our family was from new braunfels, Texas. Our guide was exceptional and I really loved the way he included our teenagers in the conversation while on tour. Wish we could have stayed a bit longer.

The Staff was very Friendly and Professional. The Room was Clean and well kept. The Breakfast was perfect. The Hotel is in a very central location to everything in Braunfels. I would recommend this to anyone traveling to Braunfels.

Charming hotel with a long history, great location, lovely tower suite with large bathroom. Extensive breakfast and very friendly staff. We'll certainly come back.

“Breakfast was good as was the 24 hour coffee bar/self-service minibar. Outdoor dining should be covered.”
“The hotel is very centrally located at the start of the old town. It has clearly been and is still being renovated and has some very nice features such as a wooden terrace of the dining area where you can enjoy a drink outside. The breakfast buffet was excellent and everything very well organised. The room had ample space and was well equipped. We would certainly visit again.”
