Punti negativi: First we got a wrong / too small room We changed the room to the most quiet room, as hotel is direct on the street. Then the shower was broken and needed repaired first. Later sleeping was impossible as there was a live concert nearby, which is normally according to the staff. The breakfast was big but very low quality, no fresh juices or real fresh bread,.. don’t eat anything.

The terrace with the pool that has cool views is a nice addition to the overall impression. Staff are very helpful.

Punti positivi: C’era la finestra in bagno.. la piscina interna spaziosa perche poche persone ne hanno usufruito, se fosse stata affollata non ne avremmo approfittato. La camera aveva un piccolo terrazzo con tavolo. Molto piacevole
Punti negativi: La qualità del cibo non è delle migliori, la sala da pranzo molto vecchia e sembra una mensa. Le posate e i bicchieri non erano pulitissimi. La spa è davvero minima. Meno male che non era affollatissima.

Punti positivi: The hotel was very clean and comfortable and staff couldn't have been more helpful. The car parking on the upper level was perfect - nice big spaces. A word of caution to any one driving in and out of hotel the kerbs by necessity are very high in this area and underside of car can be easily clipped.
Punti negativi: While the location was perfect the hill to the beaches was steep. There was a drone from the power connection during night time so it was necessary to remove keycard from power slot for quietness.

Punti negativi: - slow and long check-in, where the owner explained things as if we were children - uncomfortable beds, lack of cleanliness evident in the bathroom and bedroom - breakfast very very weak, from the worst ever in hotels (there was no fruit, no ham, no cheese, no yougurt , etc) and furthemore the owner makes it a point to even explain to you the dishes that should be used for the bread, ridiculing the good sense of the guests - the parking lot was in a field with herbs and stones, with no protection whatsoever, and at the back of the building was secure parking space - the smell of the whole building was unpleasant - the owner did not respect a request made at the time of booking for biased reasons, assigning us another room worse. -

Punti negativi: Bed was a bit hard & room was hot but that's because we couldn't control the heat. Opening the patio door helped cool the room down.

Punti positivi: I stayed here on my birthday trip and it was a wonderful experience. I had an ocean view, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the spa was relaxing and well managed. The location is AMAZING! I felt so lucky having picked this great place for my actual birthday as it was my first visit to the region and I travel around by car each day or so to different towns. I appreciated how the spa has some basic courtesy policies to ensure all guest enjoy themselves. Policies like limited time windows, bathing caps for keeping water clear, hanging towels up so people don't "save" chairs all day, etc. These are little things, but as a frequent traveler and spa-goer they add up to a much nicer overall experience. My dinner at the restaurant was also excellent. Very happy, I would visit again, highly recommend.
Punti negativi: The facial I had at the spa was average, not terrible, just not as good as everything else. Next time I would just get a massage. I was "admonished" for wearing flip-flops to dinner, but had walked 20 miles completing the El Camino de Santiago that same day and so my feet were in pain. They accommodated me, and I do understand the desire for a bit of formality for a nice experience, but I was otherwise in a relatively nice outfit. (It really wasn't that big of a deal, but know there is a dress code) Finally, I do NOT recommend the $18 breakfast, there are better options nearby and this was overpriced for what it was... I think they make it overpriced so there are fewer people.

Punti positivi: Struttura divisa in due, ma collegate al piano 0 da un corridoio che porta anche alla SPA e alla palestra. Noi abbiamo soggiornato nella parte nuova, stanza stupenda con una vista meravigliosa sul mare, con tanto di terrazzino. SPA davvero bella con acqua di mare, fino ad ora la migliore qui in Galizia. Abbiamo cenato in una splendida terrazza coperta vista mare. Tutto il personale: reception, SPA e sala ristorante davvero fantastico, molto professionale, personale così bravo non l’ho visto nemmeno in un 5stelle. Tutto questo con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. CONSIGLIATO VIVAMENTE!

Posizione ottima e colazione molto buona. Camere belle per la vista mare. Un po’ datate per il resto, considerando in ogni caso un ottimo stato di mantenimento.

Punti positivi: The spa was great. I didn't know that the water was salted and it was a great experience. They offer full-service spa facilities and they are in good condition.
Punti negativi: I booked a room with sea view and although I could see the sea from the bedroom, it wasn't situated immediately on the seafront but in an additional building the hotel has behind the main building. I was expecting a quitter room because I actually could hear what the people in the next door bedroom said as they spoke, and the traffic from the road as well. Cleaners were very noisy when doing the job.

Potrai usufruire di un business center, quotidiani gratuiti nella hall e un pratico servizio di lavanderia/lavaggio a secco. Il un parcheggio (a pagamento) è disponibile in loco.

Punti negativi: i let a notice in the room 311 for next time for one detail that also counts and should be better. this point could be for the management, an employee needs time to check all things. its a question of time.

Punti positivi: The property is well maintained and clean with great facilities. The food is pretty good but no better than beach side restaurants. The gardens are lovely.
Punti negativi: The breakfast lacks variety and there are no freshly prepared dishes such as eggs to order as other properties in this category would offer. It is very expensive to invite people to visit and use the spa. The walk back from the beach takes 15min it’s tough and there is no shuttle bus service to the Silgar beach. The gym is cramped and old with no view outside and no fresh air.
