Non è un hotel caratteristico, dall’interno si potrebbe essere ovunque nel mondo. siamo stati trattati sempre con cortesia, ma è impossibile creare quel rapporto confidenziale che si crea in hotel più piccoli. Esperienza top ma non lo consiglierei per più di due notti. Troppa scena.

Punti positivi: We arrived after midnight, and were really tired and wanted to crash on bed immediately. However, up on lifting the comforter, we found multiple stains on the bed, including one blood stain. This was the most disgusting thing I have found in any hotel stay!

Punti negativi: Le scale per raggiungere la sala per la colazione. Il balcone vista mare della stanza non è praticamente fruibile per la completa esposizione al sole. Troppo caldo, ma la vista del mare vale la pena.

Punti positivi: La posizione centrale di fronte alla spiaggia con un ottimo rapporto qualita’ prezzo. La differenza rispetto agli altri hotel la fa la presenza dell’executive chef, italiano, ROSSANO che cura con grande professionalita’ ogni particolare rendendo memorabile la vacanza!

Punti positivi: Had a stay for two night at Sheraton Kuta resort for my girlfriend's birthday. Staff was very polite and helpful on our first stay of visit with a welcome drink. The housekeeping team had actually decorated our room with balloons and birthday banner for my girlfriend birthday which was on the second day and my girlfriend loves it. Even though the weather was so humid, the staff of the resort was always smiling and the sincerity and hospitality that they have shown was simply exceptional! I would recommend Sheraton Kuta resort and would definitely book here again for my next visit. Well done team Sheraton Kuta!

Le pareti erano sottili come carta. La stanza ha mostrato un'usura significativa. Le bevande erano costose e annacquate. Se potessi farlo di nuovo pagherei qualche dollaro in più per andare da qualche parte più bello. Questo hotel e' solo per bambini australiani che cercano una festa.

Punti positivi: The hotel was clean and comfortable for the most part. The room had the AC going and was nice and cool when we first stepped in. Security for the hotel were friendly and nice.

Punti negativi: We were only given one keycard so if one of us wanted to leave it was near impossible for the second one to stay. The towel rack in the bathroom broke down the first 30 minutes of getting into the room. When I called the front desk to confirm I wasn't going to be charged for the damage that had nothing to do with me, they refused to admit it wasn't my doing and simply stated they would send someone do to check it out. It took 2 days and me calling and going to the front desk 3 desperate times to finally get someone to come down to take a look at eh damage. WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME. Basically, the front desk was completely unhelpful. Also located in a really touristy area. You can't step two seconds outside without having some chase after you to buy their Products/ use their cab service. So annoying.

Punti negativi: We paid for interconnecting room for 4 nights. But our 2nd day, they asked us to change room due to maintenance... we were given a sligtly bigger room but not inter-connecting room & one of the room's aircon was a bit faulty. And it can be quite noisy at night.

Punti positivi: Great location - walking distance to restaurants, clubs and surrounded by shops. There was a 24/7 mart in front with a Commbank ATM. We stayed in the back room so it was not loud at all. The room is well kept, had a fridge, bathroom was clean, aircon worked and pool was nice.

Punti negativi: Our room was a little strange, we had a random door that connected to the next room (it was locked but still we were anxious) and the balcony had a gap with a pot plant blocking the way which we could easily look/go over to the next room. The walls were a little thin - could hear our neighbour talk and stuff. No iron.

Presunto free drink di benvenuto da consumare al bar della piscina dove ci hanno rialzato al bar a piano terra. Qui, non solo non abbiamo potuto scegliere niente che contenesse alcol (nemmeno una birra), ma neanche un soft drink tipo coca, fanta ecc.., solo succhi di frutta: nessuno vi obbliga o chiede nulla, ma se lo fate, fatelo in maniera decente.

Punti negativi: La nostra camera pur essendo deluxe era mantenuta con poca cura, aveva una uscita sul giardino non accessibile a causa dei divani posizionati di fronte. La stessa finestra si chiudeva male e alla sera entravano i moscerini e le zanzare. Il bagno era di media qualità e leggermente sporco con vasca con doccino e tenda in plastica, decisamente un servizio inaspettato per un hotel 5 stelle! La colazione molto caotica. Peccato!

Punti positivi: We had a wonderful stay at the Hardrock, it was so close to the beach and many other restaurants, but that really wasn't needed as the hotel restaurants were amazing. The kids had a blast in their kids room where they were able to play some video games while we where able to work. The staff was so friendly that it caught be off guard sometimes as everyone would say good morning or afternoon and ask how I was, no matter what they were doing. You felt very important being their. We went during the Corona Virus Situation and there was very minimal guests there but the way the staff was cleaning and the protection that they had set in place was amazing and i felt safe being there with my family.

L hotel ha accesso diretto alla spiaggia con ombrelloni privati. Colazione SUPER.Buffet ricchissimo, prodotti dolci e salati, frutta e tanto altro. Personale gentilissimo e attento ad ogni richiesta. Un oasi di pace nella caotica Kuta. Lo consigliamo a tutti!

Punti negativi: We had to pay again on the property because credit card that I initally paid on the booking.com had somekind of problem, they said we can pay with another card and they will cancel the inital payment and we will get the money back after 2 weeks. Now it has been a month and no money and they are not replaying to emails! Very dissapointing because basically we have paid double for our stay.

Punti negativi: Servizio clienti davvero pessimo: 1) Check-in ritardo, doveva essere entro le 14 e la nostra stanza non è stata pronta prima delle 16.30. 2) Coda napoleonica per la colazione sulla spiaggia ed orari inflessibili "fino alle 10" significava che alle 9:45 non era più possibile prendere neanche un caffè. Peccato per questi aspetti perché la struttura era molto bella, ma per il prezzo pagato i servizi non possono essere un optional!

The staff is the best we have seen in SE ASia, and there is stiff competition. Prices were very very good for drinks, food and services. Sunsets are beautiful.

Punti negativi: My only criticism would be housekeeping. Came back to our door not being shut one day. Another day we had to call because they seemed to have accidentally skipped our room, even with the maid light on.

Punti positivi: Struttura molto bella, camera deluxe spaziosa e ricca di accessori. Ristorante molto buono e colazione ottima. Palestra tenuta bene e staff attento.

Punti negativi: Camera deluxe a piano terra con tantissima umidità e intonaco scrostato in più punti. Targhetta in camera che raccomanda di tenere sempre una temperatura della stanza molto fredda per evitare la condensa (troppo fredda per i nostri gusti). Impianto fognario problematico, il water mandava un tanfo disgustoso che impregnava tutta la stanza. Inoltre dallo scarico del water salivano su ogni 10 minuti circa a tutte le ore del giorno e della notte delle chiassose bolle di aria putrida, che facevano un rumore spaventoso e schizzavano acqua ovunque direttamente dal water. Questo rendeva l’utilizzo del water angosciante e antigienico a causa degli schizzi che colpivano le parti intime. Abbiamo richiesto il loro intervento che non è stato risolutivo, siamo stati costretti a riempire il water di asciugamani durante la notte per limitare questo chiassoso e disgustoso ribollire di acqua putrida. Spa con impianto idromassaggio funzionante solo in alcune postazioni, mio marito ed io dovevamo stare ai due lati opposti della vasca senza neppure vederci. Acqua freddina. Massaggiatrici poco esperte ed indecise sul da farsi, sebbene i prezzi siano praticamente doppi rispetto ad altre strutture. La mia ha interrotto tre volte il mio trattamento per spazzare il pavimento della stanza. Questo perché hanno appuntamenti molto serrati e si avvantaggiano nel pulire la stanza mentre sei ad occhi chiusi. Doccia nella spa con forte odore di orina.

Il giorno seguente con un supplemento ulteriore di 20€ al giorno circa ci hanno dato una stanza al 3 piano .... umidissima meno puzzolente, ma comunque abbiamo dovuto comprare un deodorante x ambienti ... comunque sporca ... nn vedevamo l’ora di andare via ....

Il personale alla reception un sorriso manco a pagarlo, abbiamo chiesto due”soft pillows” perché i nostri erano pietre ma l’inglese lo parlano molto male. Un’unica presa di corrente in camera, i cuscini ammuffiti, le tende oscuranti rotte e piene di buchi. Nel bel mezzo della notte sono impazzite luci e campanello, era un errore del quadro luci. Ci hanno cambiato camera dopo un’ora di fastidio nel bel mezzo della notte. Ci hanno offerto per scusarsi un voucher per pranzo da usare nel ristorante dell’hotel. I mobili sono molto vecchi, il frigo bar della camera 305 molto molto sporco, addirittura con capelli dentro. Grazie ma la prossima volta a Bali opteremo per un altro hotel

The location was great with several nice restaurants and shops around. Breakfast was phenomenal. Brilliant resort, will definitely be coming back.

But I must state that your staff members were exceptional - their service was outstanding, nothing was too hard, always a smile in their faces, friendly and very accommodating. I've stayed in many resorts, but I must say Padma is truly amazing and look forward to visiting again with my family. A big thank you to Bagas (coordinates Archery) and the Yoga trainers (Widi in particular).

Had the buffet on the first night and thought it was overpriced and food poor for what we paid, room service one meal was nice the others were very ordinary. This was our 2nd time at Padma and our first visit was brilliant but this one was good but a few little things took the shine of it. But we will stay again as it is an amazing place and the staff are wonderful. we will be back again

Punti positivi: Overall amazing experience. Rooms were nice, comfy beds, and right next to beach. THE BEST complimentary breakfast I’ve ever had!! Staff was helpful and very friendly. They also have complimentary laundry cleaning for two items each day which is something I’ve never had offered before so felt this was a great amentity to offer, especially for guests traveling for long periods of time. I was also given a smartphone and adaptor to use during my stay to make phone calls, use the internet and charge my phone at no additional cost. I would def recommend travelers to stay here.

Accesso praticamente diretto alla spiaggia, piscina e ristorante “Mozzarella” con prezzi competitivi (non è un ristorante italiano, anche se il nome puó ingannare, tuttavia si mangia bene anche la pasta!). Pulito e dotato di ogni comfort. Molto carina l’idea dell’ora di massaggio balinese compresa nel prezzo: un toccasana! Lo consiglierei e ci tornerei sicuramente.

Punti negativi: Insonorizzazione delle camere non ottima, ma arrivi a sera talmente stanco che comunque dormi sogni tranquillissimi!

Punti negativi: The complicated way of booking transport. Email after email and we still ended up with no transporr to pick us from the airport. The staff were not very helpful at all.

Punti positivi: The property was a lovely tranquil retreat in the middle of a quite hectic Legian. The room was huge (we stayed in a junior suite) and the bed was super comfortable and very large. The hotel provided a cot for our little boy which was equally large with a comfortable matress. Breakfast was good although the buffet did have a serious fly issue. Staff were all super friendly and accommodating. Lovely pool with good baby paddling section - we were at the hotel when it was relatively quiet, I can imagine this can get quite crowded during high season. Overall, we had a lovely experience here and would return if coming to Legian.

Purtroppo non avevamo finestre che si potessero aprire per contrastare la cosa.

Punti negativi: The receptionist was a bit rude in telling that even though my receipt said breakfast was included for my 9yo daughter and myself, that it was only for me. Both my receipts stated breakfast was included as I booked for her and I. It didn't say it excluded my 9yo daughter. I wanted to leave after being mislead on the website and both receipts. It was only after I wanted to leave that a different lady came to see me saying my daughter was included to eat daily breakfast too. I will never stay nor recomment the Mercure Legian again after this experience as well as the toilet didn't work in my room and had to be fixed by staff twice.

It was our first time staying at Mercure and quite frankly we have stayed at places for half the cost and been twice as happy. You would have to really twist my arm to get me to stay there again.

Punti positivi: Check-in was streamlined and friendly. We were upgraded to an Ocean View Suite, which was stunning with a beautiful view over both the ocean and one of the 3 pools at the Hotel. The rooms were a good size and well appointed with a modern Balinese design. Seasalt is a wonderful modern restaurant with great food and friendly staff. Breakfast at Seasalt each morning was lovely - both a buffet and a la carte options are available. While not the best options in Bali for breakfast (of which there are many), this was quite good by ordinary hotel standards.

Punti positivi: As far as hotel chains go in Bali, Alila is top rate. Spent 3-nights here. Very comfortable and clean rooms. I thought it was very smart of the hotel to provide guests with sunscreen, after sun care and bug spray, in addition to the usual toiletries. Guests who don’t get a sunburn or bug bites are happy guests! The infinity pool was great and the staff very attentive. The hotel was walking distance from lots of great restaurants (sisterfields etc.)

Punti negativi: Being from Canada, I like to spend as much time as possible outdoors when I travel to warm climates, so it would’ve been nice if the hotel offered yoga outdoors rather than inside a gym.

Punti positivi: This hotel was so beautiful. Right next to the ocean and very near all of the shopping and restaurants in Seminyak. Staff was very friendly and helpful with any of our needs or questions. The food was very good as well, we dined in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. We also enjoyed having drinks at the pool bar as the sun set. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again!
