Punti positivi: Molto tranquillo e accogliente e con solo 8 camere per piano. Le camere sono piccole, ma ben arredate e molto pulite e confortevoli. La colazione a buffet era ottima. Tutto era ovviamente preparato fresco. Il personale è gentile e cordiale.

Punti positivi: The staff greeted us warmly and even provided champagne upon our arrival. When we made it to the room it was beautiful with a great view of downtown and all the amenities we could have wanted. Even the water fixtures were stunning. It was a truly fantastic stay and I couldn't recommend it higher.

I had read a previous review from a guest who had been disappointed by the size of the bathroom, but I did not experience this problem at all. Every aspect of my room met or exceeded my expectations and the value was exceptional.

Punti positivi: We liked basically everything about this hotel and wish it had been more than a qiuick overnight stay. It was a special birthday trip for me, and I had chocolate strawberries, Prosecco, and a lovely little chocolate cake upon arrival. Our suite was large with a very comfortable bed and huge sofa. Great overall vibe. Our friends had a small but well-apportioned corner room with windows on two full sides and an amazing 20th floor view. Staff was friendly and helpful and bar was comfortable with good drinks. We did not have the opportunity to try the restaurant, but will next time. Great location.

Punti positivi: We really enjoyed the room and the location. It was 2 adults and a 5 yr old. We were there to catch an Astros game and to visit NASA which was only a 30 minute drive away. Minute Maid was within walking distance. Concierge said we could use the complimentary shuttle but we walked to ballpark instead. Hotel was also next to the northbound and southbound light rail so we hopped on that to the museum district. We would definitely stay there again. We didn't use the valet for $36, we found street parking around the corner.

Siamo andati al bar dall'altra parte della strada la mattina e tutti indossavano le maglie di Astros che si preparavano a camminare per il gioco.

Punti positivi: Johnny at the front desk was spectacular, and was very professional. Gave me recommendations on night life and restaurants. The room was very nice, and the beds were comfortable.

Punti positivi: The hotel seems like it was very nice a few years ago but doesn't feel like it has been kept up to date and doesn't feel clean at all. Our room smelled so much like mildew! The room came with 1 bottle of complimentary water. Every bottle after that you had to purchase, principally speaking I think this is crazy for a hotel room that costs $200 per night! Overall not impressed by this hotel.
