Punti positivi: In this hotel you can enjoy a central yet quiet location (5-10 min. walk from Ost Railway Staton) so it is very convenient to travel all around the region.The stuff is really wonderful:always ready to solve all you problems dealing both with the stay in the hotel and organizing leasure activities(excursions and so on).Calm, cosy,clean rooms.You really feel at home! It was our second staying here, definitely will choose this hotel another time.

Punti positivi: I Liked hotel Rossli because it is family run,quiet and centrally located, 5 minutes walk from Interlaken West station. What’s special about this hotel is the warm and welcoming service provided by Jean Louis and his son Christopher. They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and will provide you with itineraries for local excursions, information leaflets and tickets. Rooms at the Rossli are simply furnished, very clean and comfortable with excellent views of the Jungfrau. Breakfast time is an entertainment, with Jean Louis providing multilingual humour and endless supplies of tea, coffee or chocolate. The breakfast buffet is varied and plentiful and they also offer free afternoon tea/coffee, free wi-fi and free parking.

Breakfast is good, location is OK (walking distance to Interlaken Ost). Staying on the 5th floor has an extra benefit that you have better views. Our room had a direct view on Jungfrau, great!

We had 2 balconies! how to beat that. Location is not that far from Interlaken Ost station, but the hotel also provides visitor pass which affords you free travel within Interlaken (up to Beatenburg, Ringgenberg). The included breakfast was the best we had for our Europe trip.

Punti positivi: Liked pretty much everything. Service at this hotel is excellent and rivals the best I've seen anywhere in the world. Great Job! What was special were the little special things that the staff do... valet parking, afternoon tea, weather tips, ... and that management have thought of e.g. the reading room, the bar. Location is excellent at the heart of Interlaken... we would definitely go back on any future trip to Switzerland.
