Late Saturday night or early Sunday morning maybe like a lot of big cities, but there is a feeling of danger from transients and inebriated or mentally unstable people wandering.

Punti positivi: L'hotel ha un aspetto stanco e ha bisogno di qualche intervento, vale a dire su moquette, lenzuola, tende ecc... Di conseguenza sembra sporco.
Il parcheggio è terribile, il servizio con parcheggiatore costa 30 dollari e vi parcheggia l'auto, non puoi entrare o uscire senza che qualcuno vi parcheggi o vi prenda l'auto. C'è un parcheggio esterno ma non è controllato.
Il personale non era male, non c'era nessuna lamentela da fare.

However, I should give my compliments to the reception and housekeeping staff, who were friendly and accommodating. I left my watch in the first room we were given (immediately switched), and housekeeping did report this, and it was quickly returned to me at reception when I noticed.

Punti positivi: When I was checking in it was midnight. There was a young woman beside me who was 1/2 dressed and obviously very intoxicated. She had lost her phone... was a mess. She was insisting her boyfriend was in the hotel and she needed a key. The staff couldn't find his name on their register (very likely she was at the wrong hotel!!) but they gave her an old shift from lost and found and were unfailingly polite and kind even though she was rude and crying and screaming. And apologized like crazy to me when they sent her on her way... but not their fault at all! Great when staff are nice to me when I am polite - amazing to watch them be patient and sweet to someone who was awful!!

Punti positivi: Quando siamo arrivati in camera per la prima volta faceva davvero caldo, l'aria condizionata andava bene, ma in camera faceva comunque un caldo insopportabile. Tuttavia, dopo aver chiamato al piano inferiore ci hanno aiutato a spostarci in una suite executive per rimediare, il personale era molto disponibile e gli siamo stati veramente grati per averci aiutato a spostare la nostra roba in una camera così sorprendente senza costi aggiuntivi. Consiglierei questo posto a chiunque!

Punti positivi: The room we had this time was renovated and relatively clean. It was in a quiet area of the hotel. The staff was friendly, outgoing, and as accommodating as much as possible. I liked that breakfast was included and the breakfast staff tried to keep up on replenishing depleted foods.

Punti positivi: The hotel was clean and the rooms were a decent size. They had available overflow parking so that was nice. The complimentary breakfast was okay, not bad but nothing to write home about. The staff did an excellent job of clearing plates for new guests. The majority of the staff was quite helpful and pleasant.
