The terminal comprises a ticketing area, a baggage claims area, and Concourses A, B, C, and D. Main Terminal
The Cleveland Hopkins International Airport comprises four concourses: A, B, C, and D. Ticketing is located in the main terminal area upstairs, with Baggage Claims on the lower level. An underground tunnel connects C Concourse and D Concourse. There is also a Food Court and Plaza Shops, along with guest services located throughout the terminal. Concourse A houses Gates A-1 through A-14. Concourse B supports Gates B-1 through B-11. Concourse C is home to Gates C-1 through C-29. D Concourse is the location of Gates D-1 through D-28. Outside the lower-level Baggage Claims at the roadway island are shuttles for hotels, airport parking, and rental cars.
