Punti negativi: Had trouble with key card working. Beds are hard and noisy like your sleeping on cardboard. And we asked housekeeping for room to be cleaned on day two so we can have fresh towels. They did not clean the room and their excuse was their key card didn't work, no one came to fix it until day three when we were checking out. I thought that was rude and inconsiderate. A/C rattled all night. I got very little rest.
