Punti positivi: Stunningly beautiful hotel, a piece of history. Both Evita Peron and Albert Einstein stayed here. Our room was great. It had very high ceilings and modern furnishings and a little balcony. The bathroom tiles were marble and the countertops were granite. It was very upscale.
I was a little hesitant to book because I had read reviews about the lack of Internet in the room, but that proved to be wrong. For 60 pesos (about 5-6 dollars), we had great Internet service in the room.
We didn't have a transformer, and they provided one for us. When we checked out, the bellboy negotiated a great fare for our taxi ride back to the airport.
A very upscale hotel, truly beautiful, a great buy for the money. The staff was wonderful and very courteous and helpful.
I was very pleased with my stay here and will stay here again when I visit Buenos Aires in the future. The location was great: very central with easy access to the subways, many bus lines and steps to the Parliament Building.

Punti positivi: The pool & buffet breakfast were amazing! It was a chilly day in Buenos Aires so the indoor heated pool was very nice and I definitely put that to use. It is modern and clean and I enjoyed the cabanas and complimentary fresh juice. The view from the pool deck is outstanding! I thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast. They offered a wide assortment. Best breakfast I have had during my stay in Argentina. The rooms are large and the beds are large and comfortable. I slept very well. I enjoyed the spa tubs and the bathrooms are very chic! Only issue was the faucet...a little quirky at times but nothing major to complain about. I enjoyed the hardwood flooring and felt very safe in my hotel room.

The breakfast was great the first day, however by the 5th day I was craving something else! Good selection of food, the scrambled eggs were runny. It's free so these are minor complaints. The hotel is right near the "obelisk." It's centrally located which makes it ideal. Quick cab rides to all the barrios.

Fair treatment - ie I booked a 'standard double' room even though I was travelling alone ( I don't like 'single' rooms) and was quoted US$100 + VAT at 21% per night by 'booking.com' . For 6 nights that should have cost US$726. I was actually charged only US$90 per night as I was a single occupant of a double room, and that was inclusive of VAT. Therefore 6 nights only US$540. - (I had stayed there for 5 nights 3 weeks earlier and was quoted and received the same terms. Both rooms were large, comfortable (huge double beds) and impeccably clean. I I felt safe, was treated fairly, and was impressed by the honesty and courtesy of the staff, and the security measures in the Hotel, Good value for money.

L'Uber è arrivato rapidamente in questa posizione. Punti positivi: La Plaza è un pezzo meraviglioso della storia argentina. Posizione eccellente nel cuore del quartiere dello shopping. Personale meraviglioso, cordiale e attento. Il loro consiglio per il ristorante "Las Nazarenas" era uno dei nostri punti di forza, favoloso!!!

Punti positivi: L'edificio era ben tenuto e il personale era professionale. La posizione dell'hotel era ideale. Abbiamo visitato l'hotel 8 anni fa e abbiamo cenato lì e abbiamo deciso di fermarci questa volta. Ha vissuto fino alle nostre aspettative.

Punti positivi: There are two things that come to mind. First, the staff was very courteous and helpful. Could not have asked for better customer service from them. Also, the view from our room on the 5th floor to the avenue below was beautiful, especially at night.

Punti positivi: Very good value for money and very nice breakfast. Good central location. I had a room at the front overlooking the obelisk - fantastic view, but would have been noisy if I had wanted to open the window (I didn't need to). Bbc World on tv - a nice change from cnn!

Punti positivi: Lovely hotel. Really enjoyed the decor and the feel of the hotel.We are actually coming back, we enjoyed it so much. Need to think through the organisation of self service at breakfast. You need more than 1 service point or at least a different one for coffee refills etc.I enjoy hotels which have a hint of grandeur and history.
