Flight to SFO landed 7 min late. Wouldn’t let us on connecting flight to MRY. We were put on a land shuttle to MRY and now I’m car sick. Horrible day!
Ease of boarding and good communication from pilot
Flight attendant was gruff when communicating. She seemed angry when providing information. It was a short flight, so not a lot was offered, which was totally fine. However, when she walked down the isle with water, she appeared to be looking at the ceiling and didn’t stop to check if many people wanted water, including me.
Crew flight attendant was nice the whole trip. Other places they aren't always so warm or nice when you leave. Flight was pretty.
Nobody was checking tickets for checked bags we deboarded.
It got us to London. My bags were quickly available.
The seats were SO. UNCOMFORTABLE. I didn't sleep at all and have a headache because of them. Absolutely atrocious. The food was meh. One of the flight attendants was so rude I dreaded every time she headed over. I'll be flying with Delta in the future.
Delayed. Charged for my bag even tho i have the United explorer Visa. Skipped me with pretzels and when I asked for some, it was as if i was asking fir something extraordinary!
Nothing good to say about this flight. The plane was old with no entertainment. The sits where very compact and not comfortable at all. The food was a sweet bread and water. The flight attendants were rushing and will take a while if you needed anything. I felt like I was taking a bus with graffiti all over the place.
Everything is top notch for an airline company.

Need better quality tvs for such a long flight and better movies There were only 4 Bollywood movies and not the latest ones either

Nothing good to say about AA
AA screwed up reservations by rescheduling flights by 3 hours earlier (done not once but two times) causing 6 hour layover. This plus an additional 2:38 delay on next flight made the journey horrible. Will never book an AA/BA flight again for intrnational travel.
Customer service when my flight was delayed twice and then cancelled.
I hated that there were sudden updates of delays just moments before we were supposed to board, then delayed for a day, then cancelled. I was fortunate to be re-routed to San Francisco (I am on the way) now, through United airlines. All in all, it was a stressful inconvenience.
The plane was not busy so services took about 5 minutes, everyone had 2 seats minimum and generally quiet. Had it been busy, it would have been different in that seats were not very wide, aisles very small, if the seat in front reclines and you don't, you can't see your screen and not a lot of space in general.
If you want to select your seat, be prepared to pay £175 per flight. This is ridiculous! Second meal was a very bare bbq beef pie or sweet potato pie... On their own with nothing else and it arrived 30 minutes before we landed so very rushed. On a 9.5hr flight the 2nd meal needed to be an actual meal and come sooner than it did.
Flight was cancelled.
She was cheerful and genuine. I have dietary restrictions but was unable to preorder a meal. She went out of her way to find an available meal for me. I also saw her bring other passengers extra snacks and drinks.
Food and staff behaviour
We were fed a nice pasta meal and offered drinks twice. They also gave a muffin for desert. The flight attendants were very nice and attentive with cheerful smiles. I wish every airline had service this good!
The boarding was easy and you didn't have to wait inline for that long
KLM needs to upgrade the entertainment. It was very hard to see the images on the screen. The planes that KLM uses are old and they sure need to be upgraded.
