When I tried to change the baggage weight to 32kg a charge was added for NOT taking the case PLUS the extra for the 32kg case! The cost of a case is reasonable and I would advise to pay the extra £5 for 32kg for most flights. The on-line Seating Selection is also unreliable, I was seated next to an empty seat which had been showing to be unavailable on-line! A response to my query which I sent to Blue Air arrived when I was in the air on the flight! It only repeated the baggage section of the Confitions document! Thank goodness for the excellent airport check-in staff and the Flight Crew!"

LASCIANDOLI AI MIEI PIEDI SENZA ULTERIORI SPIEGAZIONI. IL PEGGIO VIENE DOPO, MA LA STORIA FINORA RACCONTATA MI PARE SUFFICIENTE PER GIUSTIFICARE IL MIO PESSIMO VOTO AD ALITALIA."

I find this hard to believe and a little ridiculous that AirItalia would make their customers run around inside and outside security to switch flights. We live in a day of technology and have computers for a reason. There shouldn't be an issue why other flights can be looked up from only one computer. In addition, we boarded the plane and then we waited on the tarmac for 2 hours waiting to leave. The air was turned off and it was hot and stuffy inside the plane."

Had visions of being several hours late. For a low cost carrier the seats are fine and crew were very good, friendly and effort by Captain to be the visible face of easyJet in explaining the problems. So much better than Ryanair, clear difference in customer service, easyJet is more like scheduled carriers than low cost like Ryanair."

Tutto ciò alla "modica" cifra di 200€/ volo ar, l'unica cosa che avete "low" è il vostro profilo aziendale. Puntate più sull'efficienza che a spillare 5€ per un bagaglio a mano un più. Persino Ryanair è diventata una compagnia più seria rispetto a questa. Mai più, dovessi pagare un volo anche 500€ con un'altra compagnia, ma con easyjet ho chiuso."

I knew it was 47 Euro and when it was our turn to approach the check-in person, I had my credit card ready with our passports and boarding passes. The woman seemed put out that we had another bag and after several minutes of conferring with a colleague and filling out a form, she gave me the form and my credit card and directed me to another area to pay the 47E. This was on the other end of the terminal and involved another queue, more discussion, finally paying and getting another form to take back to the first woman who finally processed our paperwork, printed the baggage tickets and sent them on their way. BTW, we travel fairly light. I had a 24-inch roller and a small daypack on my back. My wife started wity a carry-on roller and a small daypack, but now at the end of our two-week trip, with purchases she'd switched her carry-on to a 24-inch roller instead. If I'd known what an insane system Easy Jet has, at least at Catania, I'd have tried to add the extra bag online the day before."

Negli ultimi dieci anni ho effettuato più di 500 voli (lavoro e piacere) e ho utilizzato Easyjet solo 2 volte (2006) e oggi 25/04/2017 (voloU2-2811). Easyjet ti dice che puoi portare a bordo solo un bagaglio a mano e mi sta bene. Solo che si riserva il diritto di obbligare i passeggeri a fargli imbarcare in stiva detto bagaglio perché "l'aereo è già pieno". Trattamento vessatorio e ridicolo. L'Airbus A320 usato per questo volo aveva sufficiente spazio sotto il sedile affinché il passeggero collocasse il bagaglio. L'atteggiamento dell'addetta allimbarco è stato molto sgarbato e poco professionale. Alle mie rimostranze ha segnato a penna sulla carta d'imbarco "bag" per comunicare agli addetti sotto la rampa che io ero un segnalato e per evitare che portassi a bordo il bagaglio. Sono passati dieci anni dalla prima volta e spero che questa sia la seconda e ultima volta che volo con easyjet. Customer service penoso! Tipico atteggiamento British di bullshiters!!"

Punti positivi: "sull'aereo ho perso, senza accorgermi il portafoglio, e me ne sono accorta una volta uscita dall' aeroporto. Una volta andata all'ufficio reclami, il personale di terra già sapeva del ritrovamento e nel giro di mezz'ora me lo hanno riconsegnato. Super corretti."

Therefore, each flight from Athens to Mykonos was over $400 each. It was ridiculous and I will NEVER fly this airline again."

We were worried that we had to pay extra as we were already traveling and could not print the new boarding passes. It was no problem! We downloaded the app and the crew just scanned the app boarding passes. It was a huge relief."

In poco più di un'ora mi sono preso una sinusite durante il volo d'andata! Per di più il carrello delle bibite è passato dal retro dell'aereo verso il davanti per cui la maggior parte delle persone ha pensato che tornasse indietro per poter prendere un bicchiere d'acqua e invece niente. In fact each time I have flown with volotea the airplane hasn't been on time and hasn't even taken off by the time the flight was scheduled to land! The seats were close and the ride was not comfortable. I absolutely will not be using this airline again and certainly would not recommend it to anyone."

We had been checked in, but hadn't printed the boarding passes. They told us that they had just closed the opportunity to do this for free at the airport & we now had to pay the exorbitant fee or no boarding passes and no getting on the plane. No other way around it. It just felt like yet another ridiculous excuse to suck more money out of passengers. Just like the banks...a fee here, a free there will add to the profit bottom line without providing any additional value for the customer. Buyer beware!"

Forced us to pay $60 a bag under the pretext that the bags would have to be ch caked. But they didn't, we just carried them on and there was plenty of room. They were rude and unreasonable and let lots of people through without the charges after they simply removed items from their bags and carried them a few feet before putting them back. It was just a shake down."

Familiarize yourself with the rules. Ate a sandwich on board, good enough and friendly flight attendants."
