Punti negativi: Payed for a sea view room and got a palm tree view could barely see the pool or sea as we were stuck in the corner of hotel, Bed Room was pokey but once camp bed was made you couldn’t swing a cat, living area was narrow, I was supposed to get an early check in and this didn’t happen, Reception tried to charge me an extra £100 even though I had an email and a booking confirmation stating my room was for 2x adults 2x children with breakfast.

Hotel 4 stelle che chiede cauzione oltre a 2 Euro al giorno per usufruire della cassaforte. Camera 201 direttamente sul pianerottolo le scale davanti a lato due ascensori. Rumore durante il giorno e urli da stadio durante la notte. Nessun richiamo verso comportamenti alquanto discutibili come giocare a calcio in terrazza. Personale della reception sbrigativo infastidito poca attenzione verso il cliente. Cibo sia a colazione che cena monotono.

Punti positivi: Il design dell’hotel era molto bello, con tanto di piscina e bar. La struttura era situata in una buona posizione, vicino al mare (5 minuti a piedi) e al centro con tutti i negozi e bar. Lo staff era sempre disponibile e cortese, sia alla reception sia a colazione.

Punti negativi: L’attenzione ai dettagli lasciava desiderare. C’era delle crepe al muro, le fughe delle piastre del bagno sporche e incrostate. C’era il deposito sugli asciugamani da spiaggia, 10 euro al pezzo. In più ogni volta che passavano le donne delle pulizie nella nostra camera, lasciavano una puzza di marcio. Lo abbiamo segnalato alla reception, lo staff ci ha dato uno spray da spruzzare ma non ha risolto il problema, anzi ci hanno detto che era un prodotto che utilizzavano ed era normale. Che sembra al quanto strano che un prodotto da pulizia lascia un odore del genere, non si poteva stare in stanza. Tutto sommato, per me è un hotel da 3 stelle, e non da 4!

Spiaggia di fronte l'hotel molto bella ed attrezzata, numerosi negozi, localini e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Parcheggio a pagamento in strada e parcheggio comunale gratuito a 100 m dove si trova parcheggio facilmente se si rientra in hotel la sera. Colazione varia ed abbondante, personale disponibile e cortese. Camera spaziosa e pulita (nonostante avessimo la camera standard).

Punti negativi: Where do I start with this shambles of a property? The room was filthy, tiny and felt like a jail cell...only jail probably has air conditioning. After trying to get a hold of staff we contacted booking.com to get the room changed and were so aggressively confronted by the manager that we had no choice but to leave. What he did not know was that I was smart enough to start voice recording him. He was agist, racist and aggressive, so much so that it is now an ongoing legal case. Having read his replies to previous reviews I cannot wait for the saga of this one.

Dare voto 10 all'accoglienza e alla disponibilità della reception è limitativo, meriterebbero di più.

Punti positivi: La piscina è stupenda, l'accesso diretto al mare dalla scogliera e bellissimo, la SPA, l'abbondanza di cibo ai pasti. Tutta la struttura in sé.

The atmosphere in the hotel was like living in family - positive, supportive and very kind! My husband is a disabled person, so this hotel has wonderful facilities to meet all needs of disabled people so they fully enjoy their stay here. Our special deep respect and huge thanks for Mr. Tomeu, the director of the hotel, who helped us a lot during our one week stay in the hotel.

Punti positivi: The breakfast was average. There were options for yoghurt, fruit, toast and cereal. There were 3 hot pans which contained egg most days, and also spicy sausage, thin strip bacon, or baked beans. You could choose juice from a machine and also tea or coffee. Overall it wasn't bad, but won't blow you away. The pool was nice and clean. The drinks were tasty from the bar. The rooms were kept clean. Good location and lovely views. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Ambienti bellissimi e ben tenuti, ma la punta di diamante è senza ombra di dubbio il ristorante: piastre a vista con chef che cucinano dal vivo, dalla colazione alla cena. Menù che varia di giorno in giorno con varie pietanze di pesce e carne di qualità eccelsa. Insolito, per noi italiani, l'orario della cena, che termina alle 21 - probabilmente soluzione ideata per favorire le abitudini del 99% degli ospiti, che proviene dal Regno Unito. Abbiamo soggiornato nella settimana di Ferragosto, durante la quale l'hotel è al completo ed è possibile dover fare qualche minuto di coda al bar o dover faticare un po' per trovare posto in piscina; tuttavia, lo staff è efficientissimo nel neutralizzare gli effetti del sovraffollamento e si riesce comunque a godere di una vacanza a cinque stelle. La spiaggia dista due minuti a piedi; si tratta di una bella spiaggia sabbiosa libera e attrezzata, adatta a tutte le esigenze e dotata di docce fredde e bagni pubblici. Il mare è molto pulito, sebbene non si tratti della spiaggia più cristallina e scenografica dell'isola. La sera è possibile godere di una bella passeggiata sul lungomare, costellato di negozini di souvenir. In città è anche presente un minigolf, ottimo per le famiglie. In alternativa, l'hotel offre animazione continua per grandi e piccini di giorno, e spettacoli per lo più musicali di sera. Lo staff è composto da professionisti di altissimo livello, cordiali e accoglienti. Tutto il personale parla inglese, senza alcuna eccezione; alcuni addetti, inoltre, parlano molto bene l'italiano. Consigliamo assolutamente di cuore lo Zafiro Rey Don Jaime come meta di vacanze all'insegna del relax e del comfort. Cogliamo l'occasione per ringraziare nuovamente tutto lo staff per l'accoglienza che ci è stata riservata; ce ne siamo andati a malincuore.

Queuing for the dining room.Definitely not a 4 star establishment at best 3 star and only suitable if your into mass market AI holidays without any chance to relax. For the high cost even it is peak period time I expect top quality service. One lift was out of order for the whole stay causing long delays waiting especially if you’re on a higher floor. Also beware if you book to pay at the resort they will not accept a Credit card if it doesn’t have a PIN number although no issue anywhere else in the world and no other solution offered. Excuse given was that they’ve had some problems so draw your own conclusions what that means.Just to top it off on the last day one of the clients managed to drop one in the pool I know the hotel can’t be responsible for that but it does say something about the people who like these kind of holidays. To be fair the manager did apologise for the inept service as I was leaving.

Punti negativi: Only one criticism which is due to the pool size in busy season the morning reserving sun bed routine was like watching a pack of wild animals. This can't really be blamed on the hotel though and more how Brits conduct themselves.

Punti positivi: Great team, Game Zone for the kids, Perfect location for bathing in the sea and snorkeling with kids.

Punti negativi: The pool area is too packed... But there is a sunbath plateforme on the sea front and it was less packed, so we were fine.

Punti positivi: Adult only solarium was excellent but again only one side in the sun for most of the day. Food could not be faulted and as dining as 2 couples, it was good to have an adult only dining room. Nuka a la carte shouldn't be missed and came in our package. Staff always friendly and could not do enough to please.

When we explained that we only have pin-less credit cards we were asked to go somewhere else and get cash (we didn’t). After some back and forth the guy charged out credit card and said have a nice evening. Strange experience...

Punti positivi: Suit very comfortable. All the staff always available for every need. Fantastic solarium suitable especially for me and my wife because without children and without necessity to stay around the swimming pool.

Punti negativi: Price was high and not worth it at all! Wide variety of food but the food isn’t good and some things weren’t fresh. Half board doesn’t include any drinks for dinner and we weren’t told in advance. Dinning room is so noisy you can’t eat in peace. People are reserving all the seats by the pool the night before. Rocky small beach. People are sitting outside until 2 am making noise under your room. Without ac room is too humid and with ac it’s freezing even if you set it at the minimum. They don’t provide proper blankets only the wool ones that are old. You need to pay extra for the safe deposit box in the room. All in all it felt like a bad copy of club med 30 years ago.

Punti positivi: I servizi sono ottimi, c’è tutto quello che serve per rimanere in hotel anche tutto il giorno, dalle piscine per adulti e bambini, open bar e angolo pizzeria per spuntini a tutte le ore. Camere pulite, tv grande e bagno carino. Buffet in grado di soddisfare tutti i palati, oltre a piatti fissi e quelli del giorno, piastra sempre accesa per carne e pesce, ottima la pasticceria.

Punti negativi: Alla reception l’italiano è poco parlato, ma ci si riesce a capire lo stesso. Il mare non è proprio sotto l’hotel ma è comunque poco distante, circa 5 minuti. L’aria condizionata in camera non sempre ben funzionante

Punti positivi: Great location, very close to the beach. Nice and quiet place, amazing food with the big choice and different meals everyday, so far best food in the hotel I have been. Clean and nicely looking room with the balcony, quiet no people making noises overnight. Definitely coming back!

Punti negativi: People leaving their towels first thing 7 in the morning at the swiming pool, just to reserve the place. Not enough chairs for all the guest, should be supervised and organize better. As many guests just leaving the towel for full day and not even being there till like late afternoon. All inclusive drinks - big laugh, very little alcohol, same with the shots more water than actually vodka taste for example. We have been allocated in the 3 star Hotel in our first night on arrive, due to no reason explained, as reception guy had very low level of English. Been moved to our 4 star room next morning.

The hotel is that bad they advertise the upgrade to he better hotel at reception and no one was shocked we didn’t want to stay there! It’s such a shame because the hotel has good facilities it just needs some love!

Punti positivi: Splash pool for toddlers meant I could lay in the sun from very close by and they could play safely. Fake grass around the pool to prevent slipping. Baby bath and high chair in apartment. Safety gate provided for ground floor balconies. Free use of inflatables around the pool. Pool fenced off on a night time for safety. Mini disco - fab!! Location was great, everything you need within a 5/10 minute walk.

Punti positivi: Siamo stati più di 2 settimane in questa amichevole struttura. Partiamo dallo staff, splendido, efficiente, sempre a disposizione; al bar, meravigliosi tutti e con una pazienza infinita; al ristorante ho conosciuto il fantastico Josè e i colleghi Miquel e Wladimir....mi è scesa la lacrimuccia a salutarli....spiritosi e gentilissimi!Lo staff del Baby Dance con la pazientissima e frizzantissima Daniele( detta Gigì)....piscina splendida sia per piccini che per grandi. Jupilandia e la dolcissima Ana, sono un fiore all’occhiello della struttura.Insomma una bella struttura per famiglie con bimbi!

Punti negativi: Partiamo dagli appartamenti: veramente ma veramente bruttini e poco confortevoli...insomma vetri che non insonorizzano( a lato strada), tendine a rullo che si scrostano a ogni chiusura o apertura...e che lasciano continuamente pezzi in giro.....insomma ma quanto puó costare sostituirle?...veramente una caduta di stile. La pulizia: spregevole....in 15 giorni avranno pulito a terra forse 2 volte...mio figlio a 10 mesi faceva da cattura briciole, sabbia e polvere gattonando.....che schifo; il vetro è rimasto con le ditate e non è mai stato pulito.Poi un armadio veramente piccolino e poco agibile...insomma se si hanno dei bimbi un pó di spazio in più non guasterebbe.E poi l’accesso in camera con delle scale strette.....nel momento in cui uno prenota e ti rende noto che hai un bimbo col passeggino, forse sarebbe logico metterla al pian terreno o no?...il gestore dei suoni agli spettacoli....un continuo sali e scendi di volume....insomma che cambi lavoro...non si puó far diventare sordi i bambini. Il cibo al ristorante buono, ma santo cielo....sempre le stesse cose e riciclate di continuo.....3/4 volte le lasagne in una settimana.....non vale sicuramente il prezzo che costa.....sconsiglio vivamente la pensione completa

Punti positivi: Made a request to be accommodated in a room far away from the entertainment scene and they've been great about it. Good variety of food. Comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff.

Punti negativi: Had difficulties with the air conditioning, at the end of our stay started leaking water. Didn't had any activities during the day, just in the evening the entertainment for kids.

Punti negativi: The staff where very rude and ignorant and not one bit helpful. The only member of staff that was in any way polite and friendly was the night porter. The beds were very uncomfortable, the bathroom has loose tiles, dirty marks and rust. The shower flooded the whole bathroom no matter what you did to try and prevent it. The room was very small and dull for 3 people.

Punti negativi: When we arrived we were told no room we would have to go to another hotel up the strip for two nights we refused and then when we told them we wanted to stay in the playa Santa ponsa they said ok and there was lots of rooms we paid extra for the 4 star so as we could be near family yet their were lots of rooms in 3 star .
