Gestione del cliente pessima per un resort di lusso. Maleducati e privi di ogni minima attenzione al cliente. Infine la posizione è pessima piena di alghe il mare neanche si vede!!! DA NON ANDARE ASSOLUTAMENTE!!!!

Nothing because there greed for the money and reputation is more important than the humans staying with them.
It was the worst experience ever after getting food poisoned by food at the Himatsu Japanese and reporting it to them showing them all the medicine we needed and my girlfriend in bed. I had to take hospital my girlfriend to have her re hydrated. We could not enjoy and stay and all they said it was just unfortunate what happened. Stay away from eating at this location.

Nice room. Nice beach
Lack of beach umbrellas and all mini huts gone by 8am. Loud afternoons as groups loading up on booze. Gave place atmosphere if u want to join in.
