The lobby
The bedroom are old ,the front desk service very slow and no helpful ,to much money for the little service. The beach is no to close .The restoration need to modernize The workers no look to much motive. The favorite work was we don’t have ......

Staff were super friendly and very helpful, was right on the beach, and had very good food.
At the buffet the food would be cold a lot of the times, and they didn’t offer salt. We booked our room (romance suite) through expedia and it showed we had a private hot tub on our balcony, with an ocean view, turns out there is not romance suite that has a hot tub or an ocean view. We were very disappointed for that is why we picked that room, we went to the front desk and they said that was a different room (rooftop terrace) and they had none available. This wasn’t the resorts fault, it was expedia’s, they had false photos of the room we booked.

We got upgraded to a honeymoon suite and were able to check in earlier than the check in time. The property was beautiful, well kept and the staff was friendly and courteous. They had multiple a la carte restaurants and the food was really good even the buffets had a big variety of different food including local dishes like sancocho. My partner wished we had stayed an extra night but we will definitely be back!
The only issue was that the cleaning staff forgot to add extra towels but that wasn't a big issue as soon as we called guest services this was provided.

The Devil wears black and is a con-artist. Hard to believe Grand Palladium would allow a rounded (loaded) dice scam on their property, but their casino Kviar invites unsuspecting patrons to play a dice game, then switches the dice prior to you winning. Stay away from the man dressed in the oversized black suit with loaded dice.
