On the third day of our trip, I picked up a stomach infection and spent 2 days in hospital, followed by 2 days recovering in my room. Trip was ruined for me and dramatically affected for my family. We will not be back.

Big resort, plenty to do for everyone, the staff was very friendly. The room was clean and a good size, unfortunately mosquitos do get in the room, called reception and right away someone came to spray the room and it helped. The main restaurant is big, each night was a different theme(nationality). The food was great and a nice variety. Beautiful beach, clear water, nice white sand. We will definitely be back to this resort, overall great experience!!
The only complain I have is with the availability for the A la carte restaurants. My family (2 adults 2 children) was at the resort for 5 nights and we were only entitled to 2 dinners. There was very limited options to make reservations because everything was already reserved. We were able to get reservations at the Japanese restaurant for 10pm(late especially with kids). The food was great and so was the show, having the food cooked right in front of you was entertaining.

Location, beach
Food is regular, not much variety. Buffet food at the lobby was regular, at the pool bar not good at all. We were a group of 9 so we could do only one restaurant reservation on the entire week. Drinks are bad quality, but rum (which is obvious), if you want to upgrade you need to pay extra each time. Service, with some exceptions, was not friendly.
