I liked the location of the hotel, the gym and the slides.
The sleeping arrangements, another double bed in the living room would have been better.

Very clean and comfortable rooms All inclusive drinks were good quality Standards withheld regarding quiet times and behaviour. Food standards were good.
Check in time was far too long. The check in procedure is in need of review and could be streamlined to reduce queueing time. The second entrance to the hotel was closed for the majority of our visit, which was inconvenient as it meant having to walk the perimeter of the hotel premises to reach the town. We did encounter problems on arrival as the booking staff made a mistake with our reservation. This meant that we had been given the wrong price and thus underpaid for our booking. They demanded more money from us, and threatened to cancel our booking. They went on to agree to discuss the matter with the manager later in the day, but to take our passports as security (ransom) until the matter was sorted. We refused on both accounts, and the matter was eventually sorted, but it was unnecessarily stressful and time consuming for our group.
