Punti positivi: Bedrooms pleasantly furnished and very comfortable, bathroom was nice and clean and I loved the little soaps and guest shampoos. Tea, Coffee and hot chocolate with biscuits was most welcoming. It was so lovely. My daughter from America was visiting us and we were so pleased that the hotel was as charming as it was. We just loved the Victorian house and all its pretty antiques!

Punti positivi: The hotel was very clean and welcoming. This is a family run establishment and most of the public areas and rooms have recently been redecorated to a high standard. We upgraded to a superior room and although it wasn't overly large, the bathroom was very spacious and the fittings all appeared to be new, no mold in sight! Very convenient for the town centre and sea front. Parking outside was limited but we were able to find a space further up the road - and this was unlimited so you could just leave the car there for the duration of your stay.

Punti positivi: We were fortunate to have the spacious Mostyn suite with huge bed, separate sitting room and 2 bathrooms. It was real luxury. Food was good although quite expensive and everywhere was well maintained. We loved the spa and enjoyed massages and time in the good sized pool often having it to ourselves.

Punti positivi: I have no idea. I thought I booked online then received a message that the hotel was full on the dates I needed. I then booked another hotel online. I then received a message to say that this hotel couldn't take my Amex card. I then received a message to say that if I didn't confirm my booking it would be cancelled. Totally confused I did nothing and eventually after a few emails reminding me to confirm my booking I was told it was cancelled. Phew, what a relief. By then I was sorted with another hotel.
