Punti positivi: The Staff is most accommodating, and always very professional, and courteous. We were greeted by Marion at the front desk, at both arrival, and departure. Marion is a true asset to your Hotel, and would also be a great example, and training mentor, for future hires, on how to handle the front desk at a Hotel. If Marion is not the Front Desk Manager, it might be time for a promotion. Both my wife, and I have been in the Hospitality business, and Marion is a Super Star at it. A big Thank You to Marion !

Punti negativi: The free wifi is a joke and was more problematic than useful. I ended up relying on my data plan to do most of my research. However, I was unable to get any work done - so if you plan to get any work done plan on alternate wifi capabilities.
There should be a sign that says something like "Guests Resting" on the second floor. The balcony and the stairs vibrate a lot and any person walking heavily causes sleep disruption. Considering there were lot of people coming in late and getting up early, getting a good night's rest was challenging - especially when there were inconsiderate adults stomping through the hallways repeatedly.

So seeing as we booked it in November I thought the hotel would be pretty much empty except for a couple of guests I happen to notice.I was actually looking forward to getting the peace and quiet we so needed.Our room was on the 1st floor and they decide out of all the empty guest rooms to put a guest right above us? And this person was seriously club footing their steps at 5am.Maybe there's a decent reason for doing that,but I found it kinda annoying.

With an indoor and outdoor pool, an outdoor playground, plus several other activities on site, and an attached bar lounge and restaurant, it's quite easy to find something for everyone in the family no matter what time of year. If you can't find something interesting on site, there's a bowling alley right next door that's quite affordable and offers an exciting arcade, indoor playground, a decent selection of food, and even a variety of adult beverages.

I'd recommend coffee drinkers come with their own K cups for the provided Keurig machine, because it's a ridiculously overpriced $10 for a "pot" of coffee with about 4 8oz cups. The attached restaurant does offer room service and pretty good food, but it's just a little pricey.

Punti positivi: L'hotel era molto pulito. Il personale era molto cordiale. La zona era molto sicura. Vi consiglio di soggiornare qui.
Punti negativi: L'unico problema era la loro piccola zona dove hanno venduto il roba. Di solito un hotel ha un posto per comprare aspirina, dentifricio, ecc, in casi di emergenza, ma loro era molto sotto rifornito. E quando la mia ragazza e sono andato a godere della piscina è stato riempito da una tonnellata di bambini urlanti (non il difetto dell'hotel). Ma inoltre l'hotel era eccellente.

Punti positivi: The room was spacious, and the furniture well configured. The beds are confortable. The bathroom is large and well equiped. The reception, the dining, and the food serving areas are well designed and nicely furnished.
Punti negativi: The elevator makes noise when arriving at certain floor. Most likely, this noise is meant as an annuciator allerting the elevator riders. But, it is loud enough and disturbing.

The outlets are very close and there is a Great restaurant- Log Jam-Super delicious! We ate there twice. Very scenic location. The lake is a 2 minute car drive away.

Punti negativi: One of the reasons we chose this place was for the hot tub, unfortunately we were not able to use it on our first night because there was a family with 3 kids that were in it and using it as more of a bathtub. I do not believe that hot tubs should be used for people under the age of 18. We were fortunate enough to be able to take a nice soak in the hot tub the next morning before breakfast, which was very enjoyable. Also we had to call the front desk to complain about a party room of girls that were in the room next to us who were being extremely loud. Thankfully the front desk person took care of it right away.

Punti negativi: Ho alloggiato in molti alberghi, principalmente marchi rinomati. Questo hotel aveva il letto più scomodo in cui abbia mai dormito prima. Era orribile. Due bottiglie d'acqua in camera, ma al costo di cinque dollari, non esattamente quella che definirei ospitalità.
La mia camera era al primo piano, a pochi passi dalla reception, proprio di fronte alla hall c'erano degli uffici amministrativi.
Anche se l'hotel è bello e la camera era ben arredata, non credo che ci tornerò in futuro.

Punti positivi: The location and the beautiful grounds. The hotel is within easy walking distance of many restaurants, Around the World mini golf, the beach. It's also such a beautiful location, the lake views are amazing and the breakfast restaurant is beautiful.
Punti negativi: The rooms are outdated, which isn't such a big deal except that it was hard to get the door to shut. We had to really slam it for it to close and lock. The outdoor pool was much too cold to use, thankfully there is an indoor pool.

Punti positivi: La colazione continentale era ottima, a mio figlio piacevano i waffle freschi. Con la piscina interna ed esterna e la jacuzzi c'era qualcosa per tutti. Il personale era molto disponibile e cordiale. La posizione era fantastica, a poca distanza dalla Rt9 e vicino a tutte le attrazioni. Inoltre, quando soggiornate in quell'hotel avrete il parcheggio gratuito al Fort, che è un enorme vantaggio! Il Fort è a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dalle attrazioni del villaggio.

Paint the exterior cement a different colour than orange, Put cushions on the lounge chairs, umbrellas at the beach, maybe a small refreshment bar on the beach for prime hours, more plantings, and better towels and it would be a different place.

Too many flies in the room and can't even open the balcony because of no screen door to protect from bugs. hardly went out to balcony. floor is very dirty and my baby flip the bed skirt and there was bunch of food seatting inside of bed skirt. my building unit ice machine broken and had to go all the way up to other unit to get ice.. bad experience, not worth of $200.00 per night.

Punti positivi: I really loved that we were in room 138, that was in a quiet corner, and very close to the ice machine, to keep our drinks cold. The staff can't do enough for you, and really are as accommodating as possible. Checking in and out was quick and painless! We really loved the fire pit that they light every night at 8PM, and the lounge chairs around the flowered gazebo. Really lovely time! We'll be back next year for sure!

Stained torn carpet on stairs, dirty outside your room, thin walls, kids running up and down outside your room until late in the evening, towels are thin and ragged on the edges...pretty much awful. Punti negativi: The beach area is much smaller than pictured and very crowded. The pool area could have used more shade/umbrellas and the concrete needs resurfacing. The worst part was the shower which had very thick mildew in the seams and there was a strong odor of mildew in the bathroom.

Has a neat bar with outdoor deck over the pool. Nice indoor poor area.

Punti negativi: The property is not maintained very well. Cobwebs and dust all over the room. Dust collecting in the popcorn ceiling over the bed and baseboards under the tables. Unfolded linens in the closet. shower curtain very poorly installed about to fall off. Room was very humid and had a odd smell. The bottom floor was hollow wood construction and very load whenever someone was walking down the hall way. Rooms heard everything from the hallway side. Got a splinter from the old wood deck on the one side of the pool. Pool always ran out of towels each time I was there. AC didn’t get as cool as I would have liked and ran constantly.
Looks like if you were able to cut down a few trees you’d have a view of the lake. I think would be a big selling point.

Punti negativi: The hotel is dated. The garden cafe is nice, breakfast is served daily but there was mold on my sandwich. The restaurant staff was amazing at offering to solve the problem, but with better management the problem wouldn’t have occurred in the first place. We booked a room with a jacuzzi tub. The room itself was very clean and the microwave and fridge were in great condition, but the tub was filthy. After starting the jets there were soap scum bubbles everywhere. The tub needed to be empty and cleaned before we could use it. The room across from us was being remodeled, and I believe it was due to water damage as there was a mildew smell that permeated the hallway, but there was an air purifier to help alleviate the situation. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but they should consider lowering the price tag if these are the issues guests are expected to deal with.

Punti negativi: The bathroom smelled unclean. The shower curtain was moldy,there was a big hole in the wall and there was a layer of dust on the lamp and the baseboards. The electric socket behind the bed was missing the coverplate.. Will never go there again.

Punti negativi: Non mi è piaciuto che la camera non sia stata aggiornata. la tv non è affatto moderna. Per il prezzo che ho pagato mi aspettavo che fosse molto più bello. Mi è sembrato che pagassero troppo per una camera che non ne vale nemmeno la pena. Non ho dormito affatto ed era scomodo. La colazione era buona. La sala colazione era calda e affollata. Tutto il posto deve essere rinnovato. La mia cosa è che mi sarei sentito meglio sapendo che non ho pagato così tanto per un posto che sembra crollato. Non impressionato.

Punti negativi: The beds were uncomfortable and too small for us. I had asked for a King or 2 Queens but those were unavailable though I had called to ask. We got a room with 2 full size beds and they were too small. I asked for a fridge but no. Ice machine broken!
