Punti positivi: Stayed in a regular room from July 2- July 4 ($105) and the first room we got which was 144, the AC didn't work too well so the room was so hot, we asked for a room change and got 131, which was pretty decent. Then from July 4- July 5 ($75) my boyfriend and I upgraded to the hot tub rooms, 108, and the first room we got, there was hair left in the hot tub and guess what, we found 2 bed bugs and we were not about that. It was 2 am and we were so frustrated and asked for a room change, 115, and that one ended up alright, and of course we checked for bed bugs carefully. The trash was not taken out, and there was an opened soap bar, meaning someone was in the room before. From all these room changes, we realized that the rooms were not consistent, the bed bug situation was terrible, ACs were bad as well. Overall experience, eh. You really get what you pay for here
