Punti positivi: There was no one there at drop-off. We had to write down our mileage and go inside for to the rental office. We wanted a final statement but he said he would email it. 27 hours later, we still don't have it.
Punti negativi: Do NOT give other locations if a person requests the airport rental. We rented from a down town agency without our knowledge. Didnt find out until our flight was delayed and we called to notify them and found out they closed at 5:00pm. Very worrisome and costly to have it changed last minute. NOT GOOD!!

Punti negativi: I requested an airport rental when I searched and when I went to the Enterprise desk at the airport I was told that it was off site. When I asked if they could come close to the rate it would have doubled. I had to take a $22 Uber to get the off site location. Of course I had missed that this was off site rental, but I would think Kayak could have highlighted that fact when reserving since my search was for an airport rental. This way the customer agrees to and it calls attention to it.
Punti positivi: They initially called me 5 minutes before picking up my rental arranged online and told me there were no cars and to go go a different location (where the rates would be different, longer commute in rush hour). However, upon arrival, the team worked out an acceptable solution.
Punti negativi: Online availability being accurate with the store and the 3rd party vendor who I used to book this car.

Punti negativi: I rented a sports car, meaning a Dodge Challenger or similar. When I got there, they were going to give me some mid-size 4-door. I told the employee that I paid for a sports car, and he said he knew that, but it didn’t matter because I will take what they give me and they didn’t have any available
