The flights were supposed to be with SAS only, but I was mailed by United, requiring documentations for international travel. Before contacting the customer service, I thought this may have been spam/scam... However it was impossible to do an online check in from all SAS, United and Kayak websites. I was therefore forced to check in at the airport with United (again, I wouldn't have known if I had not contacted CS). What really managed to piss me off is that at the time of the check in, not only United was not able to check me in with SAS, but the first flight was also arriving in Chicago at the terminal 1,with the second departing from terminal 5! These terminals are at the opposite poles of the airport (need a shuttle, because it's impossible to walk) and I had to check in and pass through the security again, with a 1:30 hour layover on a transatlantic flight!! Furthermore, Kayak HID THESE DETAILS UNTIL I FOUND OUT AT THE CHECK IN AT THE TIME OF DEPARTURE. I was lucky enough to catch that flight, but only because there was no line at the security. In my case I wasn't traveling for tourism, but I was on my way back to my home country, on the grace period of my US visa. I think it's easy to figure out how many issues losing that flight could have caused to me... I also think this is a deeply irregular way of selling tickets and that kayak should have accounted liable for the issues I may have ran into.

Non mi è piaciuto il ritardo... Già, mi avevano cancellato un volo da Pisa a Tirana facendomi perdere la coincidenza con Bari. Menomale che da Bologna a Tirana non ha subito cose simili, altrimenti ero ancora in viaggio...
Leggermente al di sotto delle aspettative nonostante si trattasse d'una compagnia low-cost. Imbarco sotto la pioggia e al freddo con attese all'intemperie lungo la coda per accedere all'aereo. Magari per motivi di logistica dell'aeroporto, ma comunque almeno da prevenire i passeggeri per prendere i giusti provvedimenti.
Mio consiglio è non lavorare con questa linea sono un cliente vostro da anni e questa fa cag…..
Siamo partiti con due ore di ritardo. Nessuno ci ha avvertiti dell’attesa
VOLO CANCELLATO dal vettore. Nessuna comunicazione da kayak se non un laconico “non siamo riusciti a fare p il tuo check-in.. Dovrai recarti in aereoporto in anticipo e farlo ai banchi della compagnia.” Mi sono dovuto “arrangiare” all’ultimo momento spendendo ulteriori soldi con altro vettore. Attendo rimborso, salvo adire a vie legali. Nel complesso sito inaffidabile. Stare alla larga
Il nostro volo è stato cancellato quando già eravamo saliti a bordo. Non c’era alcuna assistenza disponibile in aeroporto che ci dicesse cosa fare o dove recuperare i bagagli. Dopo 3 ore è arrivato il personale dell’aeroporto per dare informazioni esclusivamente per il pernottamento in attesa di altri voli. Ci hanno detto di acquistare altri voli con EASYJET, ma il primo volo disponibile era dopo 5 giorni. Non hanno riprogrammato nessun volo. Come giustificazione ci hanno detto che la compagnia ha avuto un attacco hacker che interessava tutta l’Europa, ma mentre attendavamo spiegazioni in aeroporto abbiamo visto altri voli EASYJET partire. Assistenza, spiegazioni e giustificazioni vergognose
