There probably isn't anybody who doesn't know that Churchill Downs is famous for the race track of the same name where the Kentucky Derby is held every year as the first gem of three major races for the Triple Crown. It is probably the most famous of the three. They also have the Churchill Downs Museum, which has a walking tour and a museum paddock among other things. Visiting tourists can also pass some time at the Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom Amusement Park and the Louisville Slugger Museum or take a ride on the Belle of Louisville, a historical steamboat.
